Thanks for keeping us updated! I developed cardiomyopathy with my pregnancies that damaged my heart. The first pregnancy they never properly tested me because I was “too young for heart problems “!?!? The last one nearly killed both of us. I also have SVT and POTs and currently have only 40% usage of my heart (from the damage from the cardiomyopathy). I also have PVCs which might be what you are feeling when you’re feeling your heart in your throat like that. The Holter monitor will tell for sure. I completely understand what you are going through, it is really scary to not know what is going on! You’re on the right track to getting answers, at least. Gentle zebra hugs!!

Thank you so much! ❤️❤️ I can't even express how relieving it is to at least have someone out there understand what I'm going through...it was tough because my husband expected me to be relieved after leaving the appointment. But i honestly just left with more unanswered questions...so it's just hard because i see that he wants to understand...he just doesn't. 🥺😥❤️ 🦓

That classic "anxiety" diagnosis, even when hEDS patients knowing full well what the difference is! So sorry that happened. Sending so many hugs - this struggle really sucks, and thank you so much for sharing it. Glad you're getting somewhere with one aspect of your heart concerns, at least - keep us informed, if you can! 💖

I'll continue to share updates as long as there's someone who wants them 😅 to add on top of everything, my husband said something to me that truly emphasized to me that he doesn't understand as much as i hoped he did...it's been a rough journey so far. I'm hoping things become more...fulfilling as we keep working through what's happening.

It is horrible how no one in the doctors ever really care about you anymore. I see it so much with friends and family and even myself. I am sorry you are not getting what you need and at your own expense. All this is such a frightful and stressful and those who do not have it and only examine cannot understand. There is no true answer if you should pay so much money for something but I feel like the right person is kind of what you need. That is also difficult to find but you can. There are still hands to hold you and hug you. Ones who care and want to just be by your side.

Thank you for the support as always rikku! I helps me to vent it out here on UA-cam and find others who can relate with my situation....it's sad however that others have experienced this also... But the US sucks when it comes to compassionate health care 🙄 but we will find answers...it'll just take lots of patience, money and time 😅

I hate when doctors put it down to anxiety! And also saying that it’s your anxiety manifesting in a different way is infuriating because you know your body best! I’m so sorry it’s so expensive to get healthcare it sounds like a nightmare for someone with chronic illness ❤

It is out of my normal personality to say this, but I have a saying about Medical Healthcare in the U.S. "If you don't die from illness in the U.S.A. you die in DEBT. Chronic illness may not be a death sentence for some, but in this country it is signing the death certificate to any sort of financial health and freedom you may have had otherwise."
