Yes, it's called sparrow net. You can go for 19mm square mesh too. They can easily enter through the net.

Can i do such setup in balcony in Delhi..here its extremely hot in summers and I doubt plants will survive ..even heat damages other items and even washing machine will not be fine
U r realy so creative... using things in rite place and the diffrent looks u bring to ur place are so so beautiful... can u plz share ur expenc list also... wwill b helpful for someone loke me to start collecting objects one by one to make good look once everything is done.
I dislike the idea of your spray paint using to paint as it's really harmful for your lungs..and you are sitting everyday in your balcony...creativity gets good marks
