I would like you to correct two things, 1) The exact pretreatment unit name is “Combi Unit” which is consist of fine screening, grit removal and FOG removal too. 2) you mentioned filter press for the sludge dewatering unit which is not correct. Actually it is Belt Press. Filter press and belt press are two different type sludge dewatering mechanisms.
could you please explain sizing of the biosector tanks and typical F/M ratio to thrive them in those tanks? Where the sludge comes from to dose in the biosector tanks? Is it recycled from the sludge transfer from SBR tank before the water dewatering process ? For the start of SBR process do we need seeding?
