    This is good and can work in some cases. How about where the order of the names is inter-changed. I mean- assuming you want the order to be first name then second name and some names start with the last name then first name.

      That might mean either an additional lookup or a concat of the data

    Shortcuts: MOVING A ROW OR COLUMN :
    highlight the row you want to move
    hold down the shift key
    Click on the border of the call and drag the row or column to its new location that’s it.
    You will notice, as your dragging the BORDER of the row or column changes to indicate that you were moving the entire row or column.
    Also, instead of copy / paste, select the cell you want to copy
    Hold down the Cntrl key and drag it to its new location. This will leave the word or number in the cell and place a copy into the new cell
    To duplicate into several open BORDERING cells, highlight the cell you want to copy and drag the fill handle down or to the side.

    After creating the lookup table, an alternative to using lookup formulas would be to merge queries in Power Query. The advantage of using queries would be the ease of updating if more customer names are added.
