I ADORE THIS. It seems like the storytelling is from Serkan's point of view which makes it seem all much more heartbreaking to see. I feel like most of the time people don't see what Serkan feels and thinks and what is the meaning behind his words and looks.. They just attack him without thinking about it first. I am much like Serkan, I don't trust easily and he probably has a valid reason not to. I mean, he doesn't know Eda that well. How would he though? Although he has told her many things about himself, personal things, she hasn't told him anything. He didn't mean to hurt her with his words, but he doesn't know how to find out what they truly have without being sharp and brutal. He will learn how to, with her... He is learning. He is experiencing pain with this separation, too.
I agree with you. You can see the pain in his looks, how much he struggles, how difficult this is for him. I'm not justifying the way he behaved towards her, not at all. But to understand where his coming from.
