i don't think people appreciate how hard jackson actually works. along with being the face of the group (which means having to do many different broadcasts for different shows, both in korea and china) he had to cut down his leg muscle mass for their new comeback concepts. you have to do specific workouts to cut down on muscle mass, one of them being endurance running (which takes a long ass time and a whole lot of effort) and also a strict diet. you go jackson, you go.
