there's no "SolarBot" for me in the cross filter "Add Opportunity Filter">"Type">"Equals", the options are: "All", "Existing Customer - Downgrade", "Existing Customer - Replacement", "Existing Customer - Upgrade", "New Customer" and "" (No Selection).
Please, help!

Hi, thanks for posting this. I did exactly same, but it shows solarbot high-case candidates report doesn’t include the account name or correct phone number field. Really frustrating

The 'Accounts Without SolarBot Opportunities' report doesn't include the correct collection of accounts.

Problem is due to 'Accounts Without SolarBot Opportunities' report being saved in a different folder, most likely in "Private Reports". This problem will persist until 'Accounts Without SolarBot Opportunities' is removed/deleted from "Private Reports" even if 'Accounts Without SolarBot Opportunities' is in the correct folder.

Also if you use language that has a different format of number , example Arabic numbers , make sure to change the locale to English from users page

Prioritize the list by the highest number of cases by clicking the Account name header as descending and phone as ascending.

Solution: You have an existing name or you copied the SPACE before the API Name. Hope it helped!
