I’m a new fan of SB19! Just discovered them a month or two ago and have been obsessed ever since. I haven’t dived into their solos yet, but I do think SB19 is gaining more traction abroad. I see more and more people all over the world reacting to their songs and content. So they’re definitely not fading into irrelevance anytime soon.

Thanks for this reaction, Chuck. You hit the nail right in the head. There’s just too much songs which came out one after the other. I personally just can’t keep up and haven’t even listened to some of the solo albums. And after Pablo released his phenomenal Alon and Laon albums, his songs have been on repeat I haven’t gotten back to regularly stream all the SB19 songs. There’s just so many events left and right as well so in addition to streaming, A’Tin also can’t keep up with watching all the video of all their events and performances. When some fans have gotten worried with the streaming numbers of the sb19 songs, I was also wondering what was SB19’s strategy? Why didn’t they release their solo albums a few months apart at least so people can really focus and enjoy each album before moving to the next album release of another member. Then again maybe they really don’t put much priority/importance on the streaming numbers but they just preferred to release all the songs that they have which were all great by the way. Hope their strategy works since all we ever want was for them to be more well known by more people around the world. Let’s continue to pray for their success and for them to attain all their goals and ambitions for SB19 and for the Philippines.
I am just also excited for SAW and can’t wait for it. I’m sure we’ll all be blown away. I’m also thinking they released all the solos and they are trying to test the waters and determine which genre and sound is more popular now in order for them to maybe tweak and adjust their SAW songs to cater to the tastes of the audience.

Songs of sb19 transcends generation and fads. Many of their songs will be classics... kahit 50 years old na ung songs nila, their sound and lyrics will never get old. Those are the songs worth listening to.
I agree Sir Chuck! I am sure that when they release this SAW album napakarami na naman nating tyak na mga kayamanan na matatanggap from these songs they will release.
Now that you have mentioned it, it makes a total sense 2024 was intended for their individual careers and to release their own songs. Considering that once they release SAW, they will have promotions, concerts, here and internationally, shooting of MVs. And, I trust 1Z for sure they are aware of what's going on. Let us just say that this is part of their plan, I am 47 y/o and I intend to support SB19 for remaining years of my life because in my whole existence it was only them who dreamed not just for themselves but for the whole nation.
You're really right Chuck. That's my analysis too about Ready and Kalakal. Good thing about Moonlight medyo nakaalagwa ng konti sa You tube. Twenty four hours is not enough even how hard we stream considering the number of their solo songs altogether. Of course we have life outside the fandom that also needs our time. But for me I stream at least three to five hours a day in You tube and I spend at least 10-20 hours a day in the STATIONHEAD. if kaya ng 24 hours I always do kahit yun man lng maibigay kong suporta para sa kanila. Don't care what the haters gonna say.
Agree! Streams & views matter, but so does CONTEXT. You nailed it Chuck, A'Tin is scrambling to stream & view not just group songs but their solos as well. There's a lot of questions/complaints about this; but to this, I say, TRUST SB19: they have a reason. It's unconventional promotion, yes. But that's what SB19 does, they're always breaking the norms, pushing boundaries, etc. And take note, their songs (groups and solos) are of caliber, the quality is there. Just like their older songs/albums are having a resurgence in charts, so will these newer ones later.
Medyo na-burn-out din ako nung nagsunud-sunod na sila ng solo releases... Dati ang bilis ko gumawa ng playlist dito sa yt...ngayon medyo nahirapan ako haha! True, i just can't keep up sa dami ng releases...but what can we do? Our Mahalima are so talented that we can't really stop them. I just keep streaming streaming, as much as i can, pag gising, while taking a shower, preparing sa office, pampatulog hanggang pag gising ulit. Hahahaha. I think may purpose yang pagrelease nila ng solo songs na kaliwa't kanan, after all laging planado ang mga galaw nila. It could be parang preparation nila for their comeback, syempre every solo member ay makakahatak ng new fans which they can bring to SB19. Also, mas natetrain sila yung stamina and showmanship nila as a solo artist pati yung confidence nila which will give a stronger impact pag nasa group na sila. And also pag nagrelease sila ng SAW, buong taon nanaman yun so parang too late na para magrelease ng solo activities by then, so I feel ok lang itong ginagawa nila and para matanggal na rin sa system nila yung longing na makapag release ng solo albums so dagdag peace of mind yun for them. Tapos pwede pa nila iperform yung solo songs nila sa concert nila as SB19 since nairelease na yung mga songs.

Chuck, I have fifty eight SB19 and Solo songs on my Spotify playlist. I listen during my walks daily! It takes 3 days to cycle through the playlist! I honestly count their solos as part of SB19. With that said they literally doubled their discography! Remember, they plan way ahead of time. They were uncertain how long the conflict with Show BT would take to resolve. I believe they were ensuring the income flow with the solo projects! Smart move in my opinion. I'm not to worried but I haven't seen as many new International reactors at the moment. For me, they have so much content that I don't know what to recommend to a new reactor!
I also feel that the boys are just trying to maximize their reign, strike while the iron is hot coz we all know how it is in the entertainment industry - lahat nalalaos and yung window of fame can only last for so long esp in a boy group. If they want career longevity, they have to showcase what they have now individually. They have to do it now while they are young and capabale so they get more opportunities, more collabs, more projects in the future kahit magsolo na sila.

Actually collaboration are usually a hit or miss. That's just how it is. I do hope SB19 makes their own song again with no collaboration. Don't get me wrong, nothing against collab but it would be nice for them to release a song that's just them again. That's why Im excited for SAW ☺️
Yes, that's my take as well, they released all their overdue songs/albums to make way for Simula at Wakas followed by 2025 world tour... I don't mind the low YT views of their recent releases, it's not the only basis of SB19's popularity...
I think their views as a group really did drop, maybe partly because of their solo activities. It can be exhausting to keep up, after all. Honestly, I started slowing down on following them after the Billboard Fan Army because the voting effort was intense. I was really mentally and physically drained from that. Plus, it felt like Billboard was just using them. I also got a bit annoyed with the release of Kalakal. It took so long for the music video to come out after we first heard Kalakal at the Acer event. And when they finally released it, there were no English subtitles. I definitely experienced fan fatigue too-there were so many solo releases that I got tired. I’m still looking forward to the SAW album. I’ll continue supporting them and watching their concerts when I can, but I have to admit, being a dedicated fan can be exhausting.😅

1Z entertainment need to hire better staff that will catapult them even farther and help them with promotional stuff worldwide. Unfortunately, 5 million is low compared to other groups…. and fans are influenced by the number of views… It also doesn’t help that they have a lot of technical issues going more viral which destroys their overall image.
You know the Jpop group ARASHI? They were once considered as the Japanese trailblazers when it comes to Japanese pop. They became music ambassadors of Japan, popularizing their music even outside Japan. Their heydays were in the early 2000s, but they still continue to amass a major loyal fanbase. Yes, even if some of them already have a family of their own. I think their path can be emulated by SB19, especially since they have that opportunity to draw their own paths. Ang tagal na ng ARASHI, nag hiatus na at lahat, pero lagi pa rin nilang ineexcite ang fans.

The relativity of SB19 is still on and patungo sa longevity due to the undying love and support of A'tin. Seeing how humble and stay grounded the boys are, marami pang mapapamahal sa kanila. 🎉❤❤
I feel like we're never gonna be prepared for what's to come in their next releases. SB19's trajectory is both exciting and scary. The usual SB19 GLOBAL HITS is SB19 flavor with good fusion of Pinoy and GLOBAL vibe like BAZINGA, GENTO, CRIMZONE. Then MOONLIGHT & I WANT YOU, in full English were global because they have the SB19 flavor with superb vocal executions and unique music production.
English or TAGLISH, both are globally appreciated for as long as the music give emphasis on a superb world class music production and showcasing individual vocal uniqueness.
They are not, pinapaniwala lang ng mga haters sarili nila kasi they know SB19 continues to grow as well as A'tin. Sa tagal ko na sa fandom na to, I don't think we compete naman with other artists streaming numbers. We were never at the top and that's because SB19's music is new in the Philippines, they don't settle for what the people will like but they release what type of music they want to release. In 2022 I remember After releasing WYAT then eventually Nyebe their monthly listeners were only at 600k+. Yun yung downtime numbers nila last time. In 2023 naman it grew because of GENTO's virality the release of PAGTATAG where they did almost non-stop promotions and world tour. The fact that we're at 1.4 M now even after releasing their solos (which I agree takes a part of their group's numbers) is a good sign we are progressing and I love that for them, ibig sabihin marami pang untapped audience ang SB19. Their growth is slowly but surely. Plus their group promotions this year di talaga masyado ramdam. I guess they're prioritizing solo activities this year to get ready for SAW release where they can focus on the group more.

There's a lot of questions/complaints about this; but to this, I say, TRUST SB19: they have a reason. It's unconventional promotion, yes. But that's what SB19 does, they're always breaking the norms, pushing boundaries, etc. And take note, their songs (groups and solos) are of caliber, the quality is there. Just like their older songs/albums are having a resurgence in charts, so will these newer ones later.

I think may purpose yang pagrelease nila ng solo songs na kaliwa't kanan, after all laging planado ang mga galaw nila. It could be parang preparation nila for their comeback, syempre every solo member ay makakahatak ng new fans which they can bring to SB19. Also, mas natetrain sila yung stamina and showmanship nila as a solo artist pati yung confidence nila which will give a stronger impact pag nasa group na sila. And also pag nagrelease sila ng SAW, buong taon nanaman yun so parang too late na para magrelease ng solo activities by then, so I feel ok lang itong ginagawa nila and para matanggal na rin sa system nila yung longing na makapag release ng solo albums so dagdag peace of mind yun for them. Chuck, I have fifty eight SB19 and Solo songs on my Spotify playlist. I listen during my walks daily! It takes 3 days to cycle through the playlist! I honestly count their solos as part of SB19. With that said they literally doubled their discography! Remember, they plan way ahead of time. They were uncertain how long the conflict with Show BT would take to resolve. I believe they were ensuring the income flow with the solo projects! Smart move in my opinion. I'm not to worried but I haven't seen as many new International reactors at the moment. For me, they have so much content that I don't know what to recommend to a new reactor!
Seeing how dedicated A'tin are, nah, sb19 is good and secure in many many more years to come.
I also feel that the boys are just trying to maximize their reign, strike while the iron is hot coz we all know how it is in the entertainment industry - lahat nalalaos and yung window of fame can only last for so long esp in a boy group. If they want career longevity, they have to showcase what they have now individually. They have to do it now while they are young and capabale so they get more opportunities, more collabs, more projects in the future kahit magsolo na sila.

I think their views as a group really did drop, maybe partly because of their solo activities. It can be exhausting to keep up, after all. Honestly, I started slowing down on following them after the Billboard Fan Army because the voting effort was intense. I was really mentally and physically drained from that. Plus, it felt like Billboard was just using them.
I also got a bit annoyed with the release of Kalakal. It took so long for the music video to come out after we first heard Kalakal at the Acer event. And when they finally released it, there were no English subtitles.
I definitely experienced fan fatigue too-there were so many solo releases that I got tired. I’m still looking forward to the SAW album. I’ll continue supporting them and watching their concerts when I can, but I have to admit, being a dedicated fan can be exhausting.😅

Even though hindi naman nagpapabaya ang A'tin sa pag stream, may mga panawagan pa nga here & there na mag-stream, pero wala eh, divided ang streams because they have released so many songs just for this year alone. Admit it or not, yung iba nagfofocus muna talaga sa songs ng biases nila and you can't blame them, kasi sino pa ba ang gagawa nun para sa amo nila diba? 😊 Even though we have playlists for all of their songs, both group and solo, nahahati talaga ang number of streams.

Sa tagal ko na sa fandom na to, I don't think we compete naman with other artists streaming numbers. We were never at the top and that's because SB19's music is new in the Philippines, they don't settle for what the people will like but they release what type of music they want to release. In 2022 I remember After releasing WYAT then eventually Nyebe their monthly listeners were only at 600k+. Yun yung downtime numbers nila last time. In 2023 naman it grew because of GENTO's virality the release of PAGTATAG where they did almost non-stop promotions and world tour. The fact that we're at 1.4 M now even after releasing their solos (which I agree takes a part of their group's numbers) is a good sign we are progressing and I love that for them, ibig sabihin marami pang untapped audience ang SB19. Their growth is slowly but surely. Plus their group promotions this year di talaga masyado ramdam. I guess they're prioritizing solo activities this year to get ready for SAW release where they can focus on the group more.
