2️⃣Dips (15 x 4)
3️⃣Plank (45 - 60 sek x 4)

Targeting every specific muscles in the body is highly important to perform at your very best performance for karate. This can definitely involved compound exercises including pull-ups, deadlifts etc.
Very nice.. but I must add the very first one where you kicked from a chair is dangerous for your knee. Oss!
