Suparinpai is the highest level Kata in Goju Ryu, while the movement was pleasing to watch, the true essence of “Mushime” Heavy Sticking Hands, Rooting / Grounding, The advanced breathing techniques, and The Sanchin / Tensho aspects that suppose to power, energize, and flow throughout the kata was not present. The kata “floated” throughout, instead of floating, grounding, and plowing (rooting) at various times and in various techniques and sequences throughout the form.

ua-cam.com/video/06gW9f-qsZs/v-deo.html here is just an understanding of some basic karate "blocks" and "strikes" that are discussed by Ramsey Dewey, an MMA fighter, that can actually translate into neckties and bicep control, a very similar concept to grappling.
