Mr. Simpson please don't take this wrong, I wanted to point out the constant use of the words Umm, Ahh, But. Since you are doing public speaking, it would be good to take a speaking class, since You most likely don't realize it. IMO
But he's not doing any public speaking, he's doing an interview. Basically having a conversation and just being himself. The "ummms" and "uhhhs" are a natural filler or hesitation sounds for a lot of people, especially when they're being put on the spot or being asked personal and even challenging questions. Jimmi is one of the most likeable and genuine actors I've seen. Fame clearly didn't go to his head (unlike so many others in Hollywood), and he's so grateful for the opportunities he's been given. If you can't look past occasional fillers, and felt the need to go out of your way to lecture the man, then it sounds like it's a "you" problem. EDIT: I know I'm 4 years late with my reply, and you may not even remember posting your comment in the first place. But that's the nature of youtube comments and social media in general.
