For me Storm 1 will remain the most Unique one from the series and the closest to the anime itself because of the very dynamic gameplay features, my reasons: Intro of characters before the encounter, unique jutsus that didn't came back to the other Storm games, longer and diverse movesets for almost any character, Awakenings in Storm 1 have also Ultimate Jutsus, Jutsus Clashes and Wall Fighting... and I can go on and on to state it why Storm 1 gameplay was the most unique one from the Storm Series, just try to Imagine Storm 4 gameplay with Storm 1 gameplay features, In my opinion that will be the Perfect Storm game. The First Storm game has the most Unique gameplay features perspective and the particular presentation of the game was so ahead of it's time in my opinion, the only downside of the first Storm game was the very lacking Story Mode Interactions, and from Storm 3 the developers cut and shortned the movesets of characters, that's why I don't agree with their choices. (By the way, my favourite Storm games and I will put them in my personal order will be: 1.Naruto Ultimate Ninja Storm 1 and Generations. (these have my favourite vibe and charm of the anime itself because of the dynamic gameplay features) 2. Naruto Ultimate Ninja Storm 2( for the unique Story and some Unique Boss Battles and let's not forget that Iconic "Calm Before the Storm" OST from the Characters Selection Screen and many more diverse soundtracks) 3. Naruto Ultimate Ninja Storm 3 Full Burst (Because of the more well-rounded diverse Story Perspective and very epic Boss Battles and also the soundtrack "Outside Konoha" and others soundtracks as well) 4. Naruto Ultimate Ninja Storm 4 (mostly because of the unique option to change/switch between your characters team during the fight, this particular option mechanics should've been already in the game from the very first Storm game in my opinion) 5. Naruto Ultimate Ninja Storm Revolution (because of the abused and annoying Counter mechanic) 🤷♂️
I appreciate you writing all this lmao, really unique perspective since I vaguely remember playing storm 1 but picked it up today and realized all the nuanced features it had compared to the later games.
yea exactly same, storm 1 had this feeling of beeing closer to the action with its details, i remember back then if you had sasuke with blue shirt his UJ was purple chidori and juin awakening, but the black suit sasuke had a blue chidori UJ and his awakening was sharingan, and thats just one little thing in this huge game of many details like this, still love storm 1 to this day
I assume the inferno fireball beating the other water and fireball jutsus and it being stronger is because Sasuke added the Amaterasu flames to a regular fireball and it also makes a reference to how it was explained that the Amaterasu flames burn anything in sight and only gets put out if the target is completely destroyed or the user manually puts it out.
I'd like to point out that PTS Naruto's rasengan not only has the longest distancd traveled, it's the best rasengan as support because of it's godly tracking that can hit someone off guard easily
In Storm 4, I think that minato’s ult doesn’t work on characters with shuriken armor, like say awakened kcm Naruto, because he starts off with a kunai first. I don’t remember that well

It's so insane that as the Naruto storm series went on, more details being omitted just for earning quick bucks out of this game. Unfortunately, Naruto Storm Connections had became that way already. Disappointed !
Reaper death seal shouldve worked like danzo’s tetragram seal in awakening, you could just use it to make the match a draw if your opponent annoys you😂😂😂
in storm 1 if you charge rasengan or chidori all the way it becomes unblockeable
