Hot tip naming your plants aka anthropomorphising them is key to caring for them. If I give my plants personalities and names I never forget to tend to them.
Yes yes yes would definitely love a POV plant chore video! I think you would too! Time to mix it up a little bit. You could have a lot of fun with it, and we would have fun right along with you.
Kaylee, I typically watch your videos but recently you’ve given me this new wind of passion for plants. I’ve always taken care of them and made sure they were ALIVE but i’ve become re-aware of the gems I have and want to make sure they thrive :-) thank you for that. I just got a dream plant- a THAI. for a good price too. all the babes are cozy in their cabinet. thank you for being consistent and real over the years, you are very loved.
OG plants like Gus are so special. My OG is a golden pothos from my local supermarket and I love it so much. Bought it many years ago when I knew nothing about plants, nearly killed it, and now…beautiful, thriving, not nearly as flashy as some of my other plants and will forever hold a special place in my heart.
I bought a choco from you back in 2020 - she was my first "splurge" plant, my first uncommon/"rare" plant...and she's still my #1 prized babe 💚 it makes me happy that you still have her mother plant and love her enough to get a mention on today's list!
Yesssss Girl, You'd better give us a part.. 2.. 3... 4......5.....6..... and then.. give us your favorite BIG plants.. And you favorite plants.. that look better smaller.. etc.. I wanna see ALL THE SHIZZZZZZ 😜😘 ANOTHER banger Kaley.. 😍🥰 You are.. the bee's knees madam 😍🥰
oh my goodness Kaylee you look so stunning in this vid🥹🥹❤️❤️ ik you said your hair was not giving but i totally disagree!! i think it looks so beautiful and your makeup ABSOLUTELY SLAYED!!! love you girl!❤️❤️❤️
That Spiritus is to DIE for! I mean, okay I get the whole hype about how rare it was and blah blah blah but even if it was common as grass it would still be one of the most beautiful plants around!
Your enthusiasm and obvious love of these plants is so adorable & infectious. Now I can't wait to get home for watering & loving on mine. You get so much credit in our family for the influence you have had on the growth of my collection. Thanks darling. & So proud of all you have achieved!!! Wishing you all the success with the new business venture & do hope that we will be able to get your superfeed here in the US. Stay fabulous & carry on
Definitely a part 2 please!! It's so great to see the genuine affection and attachment you have for each individual plant 😊 And I love hearing the story behind each one! I very much look forward to a part 2. Take care 🌺
I would love to see go pro working. There is a UA-camr Cerriscapades he does succulents and his older videos you would see just his hands and the plants he is working on. Now where I live at I can't grow those and I certainly don't have the money to do that but I could pretend when I watched his hands working that it was me that was planting them.
I really appreciate your honesty and down to earth attitude. I bet many of us feel really shite when watching people sharing their picture perfect plants, while we often struggle to barely keep them alive. Thank you for not pretending and showing plants as they are, especially at their worst
I wasn't into moss poles for a long time b/c there wasn't a comprehensive method of maintaining plants well... until Sydney Plant Guy broke the internet and showed off his climbers on his moss poles. The method is tried and true with outstanding results. I think your beautiful plants would absolutely be knock-outs if given the poles he uses. You're already using semi hydro, so half the work is already done 😁
You inspired me to get a lemon lime maranta years ago, and while I've restarted it a few times from cuttings post spider mite attack, it's still going strong and spreading out again in my new home!
Ooh, I'm definitely interested in part 2. I'd love to see your Aglaonema pictum tricolor. That's a wish list plant for me. Thanks for another great video!
Gus is the reason why I bought a maranta :))) I saw you talk about him so much that you convinced me it's a pretty plant. To me they always looked like a bug, but now I love mine too :)
🤩🤩🤩🤩😍😍😍What an awesome feel good video!!! Yes,Part2,yes, POV chores! Will always love Gus!!💓💓💓💓. Holy lobes on your Spiritus! WOW! 💖💖💖. They are all beautiful! The Whipple Way is my kind of plant! Must go shopping 😁. Great video 🥰😍😘, thank youuuuuu!💓💓💓💓
Gus is seriously epic. I am so glad you showed him! If only you still have the queen anthurium that made you cry on video. But i guess that has gone off to a better place. You definitely need a part 2! 😁👏👏👏
Just got myself a whipple way imported, and I’m already in love with it! Definitely been obsessed with yours since you showed it to us during a repot 😊
Aw man same with the crystal! Let’s see the bigger ones too. It would be cool if you showed a easy to share specimen and did a little cut showing us the bigger one
Yes...part 2 please! I scored an anthurium vittarifolium at a local green house (USD $42), the leaves are to die for...some over 30 inches long...she is so pretty! I love that it was one of the highlighted plants, I adore it too!
If you not a fan of poles please have a look at Sydney plant guy his poles look amazing ...but love love the whipple, I have one the camera does not do it any justice they really look amazing in real life... and they can size up so well... love the videos and updates please do a part 2
If you do the gloriosum forms video you have to include radiante! I have so many types but the radiante by Gil is just stunning! It beats my pink back zebra which was my fav for a couple of years.
Hi Kaylee, if you see this i just wanted to say thankyou for your content. I'd also like to share something though nobody asked me, but oh well. I'd love if you could maybe do some lives once you get into the whole go pro chores videos. I personally find plant chores difficult. They are called Chores for a reason and its hard to motivate myself sometimes. but I find it easier to do things I have put off if someone is doing them with me and i think having you in the background doing plant chores and interactiving with viewers would be really nice. (ben too of course) (Gus as well if you insist). I'm sure you have already thought of this as a concept , so sorry if you have. Have a great xmas and new year. i look forward to the next view. All the best to you. !
Cette maranta leuconora fascinator est la meilleure ! Les autres variétés, exceptée la lemon, est la plus jolie, les autres variétés me paraissent moins jolies. Affaire de goût 😉 Grand merci pour votre travail de vidéos ! J'y apprends beaucoup.
I've just fallen in love with Gloriosum! Amazing specimen. Love Gus, too - I also have the very same ancient maranta that's been through so much that it's basically invincible right now.
if you dont like gloriosum because of the crawling aspect, you might like philodendron glorious (gloriosum x melanochrysum), you get the best of p. melanochrysum and p. gloriosum!
Story time! I like your Gus and got myself one on sale recently. Was quite happy about getting my own Gus. Way too happy. Another youtuber I follow, had a contest for naming a new item of his. In my hype of soon having my own Gus, I entered that name. His scale is now named Gus. Gus, the scale.
I've wanted a pinapartita for yrs just haven't found one as yet. I've got a maranta lemon lime and it's grown loads mine has gone darker. I had it near a window and it got burnt but now I've moved it the leaves have gone darker. U can get a maranta light veins which is love to x
My plant that has that wow factor is Philodendron bernardopazii. Shiny elongated leaves with contrasting light midribs. What's not to like?. Spiritus Sancti should be repopulated in it's native habitat. Looking forward to part 2.
Pls do a part 2! Will be awsome to see u go around and talk about what u see with a gopro. Funny idea will be to have Ben recording u from distance and while u go on top of the shelfs he records u vibing/dancing and viceversa. Also would love tomsee ur Choco Red couse i also have one😄. P.s. also would love another horse update, i used to ride when i was little and that shit u are having is pissssssing me off. Sorry but ENG is not my first lenguage so i may have done atrocious things 🤣 Bye bye😄
I remember your calathea from way back when. You had a stunning White Star. Any chance that's still around? Any tips for them? Hard to find good info on them. I cannot keep one through the winter.
I love my Gloriosum too, but mine has grown with twisted wavy stems and the leaves are facing every which way. It's healthy though and its crazy look fits well with my crazy life. 😆
You infected me with your love for gloriosum and I bought two baby plants. Is it normal that in fairly good room humidity (rarely less than 60%) the leaves don't unfurl properly? They tear, one snapped and only the petiole came out, while the leaf stayed in the sheath... it happened in both of them and I had to put them in a box with damp moss. At 100% humidity they unfurl normally. Will they grow out of this?
I have a bunch in less than 60% and they do pretty good! They occasionally get stuck but I just spray them with water or use a damp paper towel if I notice they’ve been stuck for a bit.
I need to get anthurium crystallinum - it just so beautiful 🥰 I totally get you with the maranta - I love my marantas too :-) My red maranta is one of my first plants. Please make part II 🙂
Hot tip naming your plants aka anthropomorphising them is key to caring for them. If I give my plants personalities and names I never forget to tend to them.
Take a shot every time Kaylee says “literally” 😊
Part 2 DEFINITELY. Also knowing that you have to repot that Spiritus gives me palpitations like....THE PRESSURE IS ON!!😮💨😮💨😰😰
Definitely *
@@neeshypoo thank you
Beautiful plants

I have a pothos plant that I picked up from a local supermarket 8 years ago. She has been through a lot but she is still surviving.
Absolutely love a Gus update! Happy to see he's still going strong
Gus absolutely rules love him
YAAAAAAASSSS GUS!!!!!! Oh my gosh, can’t believe I’m getting emotional over a plant that’s not mine
Look at him!!
What a LAD ❤
YES PART TWO PLEASEEEE!! i will always remember your calathea collection and i cant wait to see if you’ll bring them back🥹
Gosh, the Spiritu Sancti is gorgeous!
I bought a choco from you back in 2020 - she was my first "splurge" plant, my first uncommon/"rare" plant...and she's still my #1 prized babe 💚 it makes me happy that you still have her mother plant and love her enough to get a mention on today's list!

YES!!!!!! Please make a part 2, 3, 4, & 5!!!!!!
oh my goodness Kaylee you look so stunning in this vid🥹🥹❤️❤️ ik you said your hair was not giving but i totally disagree!! i think it looks so beautiful and your makeup ABSOLUTELY SLAYED!!! love you girl!❤️❤️❤️
I got so excited when I saw Gus in the thumbnail 😂
Question, does Ben have any plants in the shop? If so, would you (and Ben) be down for a Ben's plants shop tour?
Back to plants, thank you! I feel like I'm seeing an friend after a long time!
I love your make up in this video, you are glowing!! 🥰
es please for a part 2. I like that you still love some of the plants you have had for some years.
That Spiritus is to DIE for! I mean, okay I get the whole hype about how rare it was and blah blah blah but even if it was common as grass it would still be one of the most beautiful plants around!
Kaylee’s happy face next to her favorite plant is so cute
“You’ll have to excuse the way I look” she says, looking more put together than I do on a good day 😂😂😂
Me watching this in the huge men's sweatpants I wear to paint 😂😂
Yes, part 2 please!
Your enthusiasm and obvious love of these plants is so adorable & infectious. Now I can't wait to get home for watering & loving on mine. Yay! Was so nice to see how Gus was doing! He looks good ♡
Yes to part two!!! Loved seeing Gus😊

Thank you for another high quality chat 😎
I really appreciate your honesty and down to earth attitude. I bet many of us feel really shite when watching people sharing their picture perfect plants, while we often struggle to barely keep them alive. Thank you for not pretending and showing plants as they are, especially at their worst

Absolutely love your energy in this video! Cheered me up and has me doing plant chores!
I’m with you on the poles… Solution: I took apart an old rocking chair and have a big old swirl. Basically used the sides.
You inspired me to get a lemon lime maranta years ago, and while I've restarted it a few times from cuttings post spider mite attack, it's still going strong and spreading out again in my new home!
Part 2! Part 2! Part 2! Yes Please!

Yes to favorites 2
Gus is seriously epic. I am so glad you showed him! If only you still have the queen anthurium that made you cry on video. But i guess that has gone off to a better place. You definitely need a part 2! 😁👏👏👏
You need to do a video on climbers and crawlers
You and Gus are sooo gorgeous in the thumbnail
Just got myself a whipple way imported, and I’m already in love with it! Definitely been obsessed with yours since you showed it to us during a repot 😊
How dare you!!! Omg I now require a Whipple Way! Goodness, I love the progressionof the leaves! Also, yes part two please 🥰🪴💚

Please part 2 !!!🙏
We all love Gus

Yes part two for sure. Very enjoyable to watch.
Ok new phrase Plant Crumbs. So now when people complain about plant dirt all over we can now call them plant crumbs!!!!

Yessss second part please!!
Love my pinnatipartita. Grows like a mofo, just need to try and mature the leaves as it keeps growing off it’s pole 😂
If you do the gloriosum forms video you have to include radiante! I have so many types but the radiante by Gil is just stunning! It beats my pink back zebra which was my fav for a couple of years.

Sounds like you have enough plants on the list for part 3 4 and 5 too an I'd be more than happy to see those! 🤣🥰
Yes please! I’d love to see your different types of gloriosum video ❤
Gus Gus is my favorite mouse. Chubby little guy.
For the spiritus sacti, I was thinking since you are not a fan of moss poles, maybe tie it up on bamboo stakes?
Cette maranta leuconora fascinator est la meilleure ! Les autres variétés, exceptée la lemon, est la plus jolie, les autres variétés me paraissent moins jolies. Affaire de goût 😉 Grand merci pour votre travail de vidéos ! J'y apprends beaucoup.

Differently a part two, please
christals are in garden centers in the netherlands, but does that surprise anyone XD
I vote, yes, for a part 2.
I love my Gloriosum too, but mine has grown with twisted wavy stems and the leaves are facing every which way. It's healthy though and its crazy look fits well with my crazy life. 😆
Yes please to a gloriosum view. I think it’s even harder to ID them when they were a baby/young plant.
That Spiritus Sancti is a BEAST!
We 💚 Gus!!
Why not do part 2 as a POV test run if the plants are too big? 😁
Can you just do a tour of the studio? 😁
Hi, please do a part two! What about the og big deliciosa?
You infected me with your love for gloriosum and I bought two baby plants. Is it normal that in fairly good room humidity (rarely less than 60%) the leaves don't unfurl properly? I have a bunch in less than 60% and they do pretty good! They occasionally get stuck but I just spray them with water or use a damp paper towel if I notice they’ve been stuck for a bit.
Did you pot the Miranta in semi hydro? I killed both the leuconera and the lemon limes after trying clay pebbles then pon.
"No good reason not to like this..." *raises hand* "except for it being a crawler." *puts hand back down*
I need to get anthurium crystallinum - it just so beautiful 🥰 I totally get you with the maranta - I love my marantas too :-) My red maranta is one of my first plants. Please make part II 🙂
