- felix really hate his korean name before, that he wants us to not call him "yongbok" so we didn't but after months, stray kids started to call him by his korean name "yongbok" and by that yongbok slowly grown on him. he doesn't hate it anymore.

It's actually really nice to see Felix becoming more comfortable with his korean name. The reason he never liked it was because his Grandfather named him, and Yongbok is a kind of old-fashioned name. It's a little bit like when people this side of the world joke about calling a kid 'Pamella' or 'Marjorie' or 'Alfred' or something, it's kinda seen as an 'old people name'. So skz using it a lot, even if it's just as a joke, probably helped a lot to make him more comfortable with it, since they don't treat it like a weird name or take the piss out of the actual name itself. It's nice to see him occasionally using it himself these days

changbin always calling felix as yongbok. I also thought that changbin was the early member that called felix as yongbok. Somehow i feel like he made felix feel more comfortable with 'yongbok' now. Actually there are a lot of videos of changbin called felix as yongbok. Finally someone compiled them, thank you. I also found that, changbin also always call Felix as "lix, lix-xie, lix-shi, yongbok, yongbokie.." while other members always call him as "Felix" only. He also always put "uri" to Felix's name like "uri lix-xie", "uri yongbokie" etc. He's so sweet.

That is also his real name too; even though he is Australian nationally his ethnicity is still Korean by blood... that was the Korean name they gave him as a baby (not uncommon for some east asians in the west to have two first names for two of their cultures)....he always had it but he is just used to Felix growing up so you are right about the comfort level being stronger with Felix name (you know speaking English mostly and going Australian school & customs)
But now that he is in Korea it seems he is slowly getting used to Yongbok name and Korean environment....but Felix name will always be number 1 for him for sure.
but yongbok is his real name though... I think the members like to tease him for it and they preffer to use yongbok because it's in their language jasdalk, i find it so cute.
