The media is sensational. They don't bother to check or verify stories before they report on them because they need to get the scoop before anyone else so they can get more viewers. Well, that's part of the reason anyway. Sometimes they just fall victim to confirmation bias, and I feel like this is one of those cases.

I think what would be great is if Elon actually hires them on for something, and they actually do a good job.
