I’m not sure if it’s the same protocol as what you would recommend (I will have to check out your website!) but I am currently in the middle of cleansing from heavy metals, mold and parasites. I’ve been TTC for over six years now and have been told my progesterone is only slightly low and estrogen is only slightly high, so it’s not likely that it’s the root cause of my infertility issues. And the amount used in the current child schedule isn't just a few shots, it's 72 so much much more than you could ever even consume in fish. I need help. I have suffered from infertility since my 20s. Thankfully I have one child but I have had many early miscarriages and chemical pregnancies. Hello, I had an MRI January of 2023 and became pregnant in April of 2023. I had the baby 32.5 with a single umbilical artery. He had something wrong with his spine and heart. Could having that MRI done be the cause?
I've still not been able to conceive and its been 3 years im getting very down about it. I feel my fertility doctor hasn't done enough testing and says everything is normal and fine but just wants me to go straight to iui or ivf which are so expensive, especially if they won't work. omg, most of d things u mentioned happened 2 me, my first born is alive,but she is a premature baby, followed by 2 ectopic pregnancies, 1 normal pregnancy but was premature and died 7 days after birth, then I had 2 miscarriages in 2018 and last miscarriage last May 2020. I am so sorry lovely about this. I haven't got any evidence so far that it would affect your fertility as usually the iron levels will still be acceptable even if high in the water. However, if you have poor gut health, it could be that you are absorbing more of the iron. Also, you could be struggling with other metal toxicity without realizing it. If you want to be sure about the iron, I'd suggest getting a ferritin blood test done. When it comes to unexplained fertility, ideally we'd have a chat of course! However, the main themes that come to mind with couples that have this are past use of the pill, past use of steroids, metal toxicity indeed (especially male), and unresolved emotions or trauma. Hopefully these suggestions can get you further in your journey.

It depends on your case... the shortest is about 5 weeks, but if you've been responding, then you're going to want to do it longer and more thoroughly. I'd say the average for a thorough way of detoxing is 2 months. Yes you can start TTC after completing the detox, I'd wait until the cycle after finishing the detox.

Unfortunately, yes. I would go by symptoms though (or a hair mineral test) to see to what extent it may be affecting you. I don't think we can say that all people with tattoos definitely suffer with metal toxicity. Tattoo ink is less toxic these days, in the past it did contain mercury. These days many colored inks can contain cadmium, nickel, and lead.

Hi I’ve never smoked and have no fillings. My partner did smoke a little as a teenager and has no fillings. I do have titanium screws and rods in my jaw from double jaw surgery. I've had that question frequently and honestly, I don't know. I haven't found evidence so far that these retainers are an issue (I had one myself and had it removed for other reasons). Someone in their 20s may need the detox yes but I would need to assess their case, I'd suggest checking out the correlating article and check the part on how you can check your case. Supporting your liver is always a good idea and so is adrenals if you have any reason to think your adrenals may be struggling. I've got several articles on adrenals on my website too!

I am also a dental hygienist and in the US you are not required to get the hep B vax. You fill out a form saying you decline it. They often push getting this vax but if you do follow safe practices often you will not get hep B.

I've had recurent miscarriages this year. Still recovering from the last one at 12 weeks 4 days. I've tried talking to the doctor about it and she just dismisses me and tells me to try again. My age shouldn't be a big factor I'm turning 27 January. I do not have many mercury fillings just 4 in total. Any tips? Oh lovely, that is heartbreaking... and then the trauma of the miscarriages themselves. I'm also sorry to read you don't feel taken seriously, of course you are scared to try again! If you have 4 mercury fillings, that is actually a LOT. A heavy metal detox would most definitely be something I'd start with in your case even without knowing your full medical history! Keep heart lovely, there likely is a solution for you, but it needs some work and professional attention.
I hear that removing the metal fillings can cause significant/damaging exposure to the mercury, as well. Do you recommend getting the fillings removed and then doing a detox? Or just doing the detox yearly as you mentioned in the article?
That's absolutely true, no matter how hard they do their best, even the most skilled dentists will have mercury escape. In that case I'd suggest to detox at least once until you're able to have them removed, and then detoxing again right after having them removed, possibly repeat a few more times of you notice metal related symptoms still. If you aren't able to have them removed or intuitively it doesn't feel right indeed detox now and repeat at least yearly or when you notice metal related symptoms resurface.
I am 33 years old and I have a 6 years old with C section. I am so sorry lovely, that is so hard, and you are still so young! I agree with Brittney about the scarring remedies. Check out my video on ectopic pregnancy where I share remedies post surgery + scarring. IVF definetely does not give a high success rate. In ideal circumstances it's around 25-30%. I would work on the potential scarring and look at where you are at emotionally. Have a look at my videos on emotions + fertility.

They do tie in together in the sense that both are inflammatory states and the metal toxicity will likely make your PCOS harder to treat and make you feel worse. omg, most of d things u mentioned happened 2 me, my first born is alive,but she is a premature baby, followed by 2 ectopic pregnancies, 1 normal pregnancy but was premature and died 7 days after birth, then I had 2 miscarriages in 2018 and last miscarriage last May 2020. I also had chemical pregnancies, numerous positive result then I'll have my period or the embryo would come out, so traumaticing, then I had uterus drop last 2018 and now again because I ran. Me and my husband has been struggling with unexplainde infertillity for almost three years now. Two and a half years ago we moved to a house with our own water supply. The thing is our water contains alot of iron, can this affect our fertillity?
I am so sorry lovely about this. I haven't got any evidence so far that it would affect your fertility as usually the iron levels will still be acceptable even if high in the water. However, if you have poor gut health, it could be that you are absorbing more of the iron. Also, you could be struggling with other metal toxicity without realizing it. If you want to be sure about the iron, I'd suggest getting a ferritin blood test done. When it comes to unexplained fertility, ideally we'd have a chat of course! However, the main themes that come to mind with couples that have this are past use of the pill, past use of steroids, metal toxicity indeed (especially male), and unresolved emotions or trauma. Hopefully these suggestions can get you further in your journey.

It depends on your case... the shortest is about 5 weeks, but if you've been responding, then you're going to want to do it longer and more thoroughly. I'd say the average for a thorough way of detoxing is 2 months. Yes you can start TTC after completing the detox, I'd wait until the cycle after finishing the detox.

Unfortunately, yes. I would go by symptoms though (or a hair mineral test) to see to what extent it may be affecting you. I don't think we can say that all people with tattoos definitely suffer with metal toxicity. Tattoo ink is less toxic these days, in the past it did contain mercury. These days many colored inks can contain cadmium, nickel, and lead.

Hi I’ve never smoked and have no fillings. My partner did smoke a little as a teenager and has no fillings. I do have titanium screws and rods in my jaw from double jaw surgery. We started trying a month or so after the surgery. It took a year to get pregnant and since then I’ve had 10 miscarriages, a mixture of missed miscarriage and chemical. What about the metal permanent retainer they attach behind your teeth after getting braces? I have one of these on the bottom of my teeth but I don’t have any metal fillings. I've had that question frequently and honestly, I don't know. I haven't found evidence so far that these retainers are an issue (I had one myself and had it removed for other reasons). Someone in their 20s may need the detox yes but I would need to assess their case, I'd suggest checking out the correlating article and check the part on how you can check your case. Supporting your liver is always a good idea and so is adrenals if you have any reason to think your adrenals may be struggling. I've got several articles on adrenals on my website too!

Partner used to smoke marijauna (weed - don't know how to spell it lol) I've never smoked and have been using water filters for years that take out metals and plastics. Could we still be affected? I am also a dental hygienist and in the US you are not required to get the hep B vax. You fill out a form saying you decline it. They often push getting this vax but if you do follow safe practices often you will not get hep B.

I've had recurent miscarriages this year. Still recovering from the last one at 12 weeks 4 days. I've tried talking to the doctor about it and she just dismisses me and tells me to try again. My age shouldn't be a big factor I'm turning 27 January. I do not have many mercury fillings just 4 in total. Any tips? Also I'm too afraid to try again because of the intense cramping pain of a miscarriage that lead me to the ER each time.
Oh lovely, that is heartbreaking... and then the trauma of the miscarriages themselves. I'm also sorry to read you don't feel taken seriously, of course you are scared to try again! If you have 4 mercury fillings, that is actually a LOT. A heavy metal detox would most definitely be something I'd start with in your case even without knowing your full medical history! That's absolutely true, no matter how hard they do their best, even the most skilled dentists will have mercury escape. In that case I'd suggest to detox at least once until you're able to have them removed, and then detoxing again right after having them removed, possibly repeat a few more times of you notice metal related symptoms still. If you aren't able to have them removed or intuitively it doesn't feel right indeed detox now and repeat at least yearly or when you notice metal related symptoms resurface.

I am so sorry lovely, that is so hard, and you are still so young! I agree with Brittney about the scarring remedies. Check out my video on ectopic pregnancy where I share remedies post surgery + scarring. IVF definetely does not give a high success rate. In ideal circumstances it's around 25-30%. I would work on the potential scarring and look at where you are at emotionally. Have a look at my videos on emotions + fertility.
