But, I had similar skin redness and acne patterns and it turned out I was allergic to dairy and peanuts (and some skin and makeup products) and I had no idea, and I was eating PB&J with glasses of milk for years. Might be something to test out. Doctors won't usually do it, but allergists will, and there might be testing kits people can get online. The first time I took a Claritin, I was surprised that it cleared my skin, too. And I like lactaid. It's milk, but sweeter. Not saying there's some magic bullet that fits everyone, but I got bullied and people assumed my skin was dirty when there was an underlying cause. 99% of the time there is one. Food sensitivities, allergies, hormonal reactivity. I mention it in case it helps anyone reading. You're beautiful regardless! 😊

i don’t want this to sound “back handed”, but i’m so genuinely happy you showed your acne, and didn’t cover it in the very start of the vid or use any filters for it. i’ve been struggling with acne for 6 years and i always see these women on the internet with such great skin, not a single of them struggling with acne or break outs. even all my friends don’t have it. it makes me compare myself and think that something is legit wrong with me, i have so many breakdowns because of it. thank you for showing it. it truly means so much to me and it’s actually sad i have to comment this, but i wish acne was just normalized. thanks to people like you and many more maybe we’ll achieve that goal someday. i truly mean this comment in the nicest most heartfelt way i can because i myself know the struggle of having acne, and also not trying to make you feel like acne’s wrong, if you’re confident with it then im so happy for you, i wanna be like that! ❤
