I've said it before and I'll say it again...your laugh is infectious 😂😂. I absolutely love it, you make me laugh every time you laugh 😅. Glad to hear the drive was entertaining and not too bad, despite the distance. What a great way to start in the South, WINNING! Let's get more 😁😁💰💰💰🙏🤞🏼
Loving that the Beau had to pay out to our Favorite British son! The Deep South is the best of all 🇺🇸 America!!!! Hope the next day at the Beau treated you even better! 🍀🍀🍀🍀
Good comeback… Looked like you were about to toss your cookies when you tried that sugar tea 😂🤣… you also need to get into some good Cajun food, your in the south, the right part of the country for it… We need a night of drunken Bridger gambling 😂😜🍻🥃💵🎰🇨🇦
@@MattBridger obviously I haven't seen the whole thing, but as a Texan I'm loving the bucket list! Bucees and Whataburger and sweet iced tea?? Don't we know how to live, eh? 🤣
There used to be a casino in between gold strike and horseshoe called The Sheridan. I guess it's gone. The sweet tea reaction is hilarious!! Dairy Queen's arch rival is Carvers in the South. If you find a Carvers get an ice cream there so you can compare. A blizzard is hard to beat. Choy's kingdom was so fun!! I was completely cheering you on.
The Sweet Tea and DQ moments were my favorite of the trip so far 🤘🤘… Loved that the Vlog footage was facing you and your genuine reaction😎😎😎…. Love those type of clips !!
I'm so happy you are on this trip, I haven't been to most of these Casinos and you make it very interesting. I did and always cheer you on so you win! Thank you for doing what some of us can't do now.👏
Matt, Honestly, if you didn't like the blizzard I might of had to disown you.🤣🤣🤣Great vlog.. I have to agree with Lori that Jules seems like a great traveling partner.
Matt it has been such a delight to watch this trip a second time through with my dad. Thank you for making videos on your great road trip with Jules. I was coming to Niagara with Lee and we had to cancel are room when my dad was air flown to a trauma hospital and has been in hospital fighting so hard for the last 110 days. Thank you for putting a smile on his face along with mine.💕
I am Canadian and drink hot tea everyday. Tried sweet tea one time in Vegas and couldn't finish past the second sip it was so gross lol. The expression on your face summed it up perfectly...I laughed so hard
I love Biloxi, and I stayed in Beau Rivage when I was there. I got a day pass on the trolley and visited all the casinos. Beau is a beautiful place. It also gave me my 2nd maxed out major. Cheers! These blogs are giving me life.😂❤🎉
You've done a section of my holiday in May in reverse we went north, we stayed at the Lucky Strike Tunica while visiting Memphis due to the extortionate hotel and parking prices downtown, I got the best room at a giveaway price as I'd booked prior the MGM sale, they accidently gave me a VIP members room 🙂 I recognise the burger restaurant you got the iced tea from 🙂 hadn't noticed it wasn't on land ha ha 🙂
Love this vlog Matt! Awesome to see you trying out some true Americana foods and drinks! Jules has been a great companion for showing you these highway stops like Dairy Queen. Can't wait for you to see the world's biggest gas station or petro station in your case lol😅. By the way the beaver nuggets you will want to try
Truly excellent Vlog, Matt. Please compliment Jules for his brilliant work.... 5555 ("ha" is Thai for "5").... I so wish you great success and huge hand-pays.... take care.... x
Loved your reaction to sweet tea. I can’t stand it but I love plain unsweetened iced tea. There are many DQs in Buffalo but I’ve never been in one. All the ice cream shops make an equivalent of a blizzard though and I’ve had too many of them. 😂. Nice to see you winning!
I ordered iced tea in South Carolina at a bbq restaurant, and was unaware that they just assume you want sweet tea. My first taste was quite a shock. The look our waitress gave us when we asked for unsweeten tea was priceless! Lol My first and last taste of sweet tea!
Welcome to the South, y'all! Haha! I have found the casinos in Biloxi to pay out the best. Heading back there in a month! (I live in Alabama.) Tip: Try the tea again, but ask for at least half unsweet. I order it: "Mostly unsweet with a bit of sweet" and that is usually still plenty sweet. I'm a Southerner, but most restaurants' sweet tea is TOO sweet! Also, maybe try some fried chicken or a meat and three (veggies) kind of restaurant while you're here. Keep the videos coming and enjoy your trip!
Another great Vlog Matt👍 10.5 Hours🚙 same as a Vegas flight✈ Nice win on the lucky lucky bags🤑 Blizzard looked lovely🍦Take care, safe travels and stick to the HOT tea☕😂 Cheers🍻
Matt, I believe you came through my home town Hattiesburg MS and Beau Rivage is my favorite Biloxi casino, i wanted to come down and meet you but I couldn't get off of work
Hey Matt, my wife and I love your videos and wait for you to post them because it's always a highlight to our day. Just wanted to say though that you like Budweiser and so do I but if you ever get a chance try a Rolling Rock you won't be disappointed, God Bless!
In Canada also make cold regular iced tea made by Good Host only and its very wonderful, youd also love it a non alcoholic iced tea! Doubt USA has that brand, its our best in Saskatchewan!
Here in Indiana when the casino's were "Boats" They actually had a full marine department. When they finally quit the nonsense of having to leave the dock, they still had a full marine department because the boats were required to be able to sail if necessary. By the way, sweet tea is quite popular but you could not pay me to drink that stuff! This Vlog was the best!
Can never go wrong with DQ! Not a sweet tea fan. Great night of gambling so Congrats! It's alot of fun watching how much you're enjoying this trip. Keep having fun and be safe.
Oh Matt you have no idea what your blogs are doing to lift spirits of so many people who are your followers and so love Vegas but no longer for health issues can head there! Your posts are superb, not sure how you do it but love them all and cant wait to see the dream come true trip for you to get to Vegas and Suzanne! Safe rest of the drive and may the gambling gods be in wait for next hand pay!
Love DQ! My daughter’s first job at 16 years was at a DQ. She had to learn how to make the special swirl on the top of an ice cream cone! Thanks for sharing all your firsts with us! Oh -and DQ’s aren’t only in the south. I live in Minnesota ( northern Midwest).
I loving the volgs! They are so well done. Great to have Jules behind the camera for a moment But you know when you’ve watched too much ‘Bridger across America’ when your in a casino and your husband asks how your doing? And my reply was “well, I’m level right now!” 😂🤣😂
OMG!!!! Love that you tried the DQ Blizzard!! My favourite is the Smarties Blizzard!!! Their ice cream cake is amazing too!!! My favourite kind of cake growing up 😊 I’ve also played that Link machine! It’s a lot of fun! We forgot after the first spin that you still had five spins to go! You did awesome on that game 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Awesome wins! DQ blizzards are the best summertime treat! Whataburger is freaking awesome! I hope you like it! All of your southern bucket list items are Texas staples! Gotta love them!
Loving the vlogs Matt. Especially now that youre in my neck of the woods! Whataburger has some really good sweet tea. The taste will vary from place to place
I was looking at the fastest route from Winstar in Oklahoma to Isleta Casino in New Mexico and it's north of Dallas. If you get the chance, you might want to drive the extra distance to check Dallas out. So many great restaurants from Texas barbecue to authentic Tex-Mex are in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. I've tried Terry Black's Barbecue in Austin and it was some of the best barbecue I've ever eaten! I know they have a Dallas location and it might be worth taking a detour for. Jolly (Josh and Olly) are British vloggers and they have a video of them trying Terry Black's Barbecue in Austin on their UA-cam channel. They said it may have been the best meal either of them have ever eaten.
Love this vlog Matt, nice wins, so happy you were up for the day, and seeing you try your very first DQ Blizzard..priceless! I heard about the storm’s coming in stay safe everyone out there. Joanna from Canada 🇨🇦
Heat & storms! Welcome to the crappy South. The real estate gets cheaper, because everyday is a challenge😆🙉. You should have went to Graceland👍. They have Dairy Queen at Excalibur in Vegas too. Excellent wins & enjoy yourself. 👍😻🎉
Jules seems like the ideal travel partner! REALLY appreciate all the time money and effort you are putting in to share this experience with all of us !
Oh man, I want to play that Choy's Kingdom (spelling?) game. Nice wins there! A DQ Blizzard is a staple during summer time, glad you liked it. The tea...yeah, not a fan. Keep on winning, Matt!
Tunica is nothing like it used to be. It was really a mini vegas. BoonTown for sure. Billions of dollars went thru there in the 90s. Ps. I used to work on a paddlewheeler in suburban new orleans. It had to cruise 90 min on the lake
We have had the Choys Kingdom in australia for awhile now. You can get the progressives on any screen including the grand if you fill in all the spots. Also if you get 6 gold bags it automatically opens all 4 screens to start.
Love it! Great comeback from the Midwest Massacre. The sweet tea reaction was priceless: I like iced tea, but definitely prefer it with minimal sweetening. I stayed at Horseshoe Tunica and thought the interior was much better than the impression the exterior gives off. Are the casinos in Biloxi spread out or walkable? Hope the luck continues 👍🏻
Wish you had the chance to see the original Beau before Katrina, the casino was a match to Bellagio and the Beau was supposed to be at that property, but Wynn changed his mind. There is a restaurant across the street that would have given you a southern dining experience and the building it’s in was a slave quarters in the 1800s, but you wouldn’t know that from its present day appearance. Welcome to the Redneck Riveria. 😂
I know you say this is once in a lifetime. But you will be back. The gamblin is better in south mississipi. There are 12 casinos very close. Competition. All the tables pay better than vegas. Esp blackjack , roulette, & dice.
When we were in Biloxi years ago all the hotel personnel called my wife "sweetie" consistently, and she loved this southern hospitality! Yes, Beau Rivage is a very nice property!! Hope you have more good luck there. Matt!!!
Cold sweet tea sounds as disgusting as it looked. Must be hot down there, we were there last month and it was hot then! We camped at the Gulfport casino carpark for free, and they gave us $20 food voucher and $20 slot voucher. I have no idea how you know what those machines are doing!
Not sure why you had to wait to be in the south to get a Blizzard. There is a DQ downstairs in the arcade at Excalibur (albeit probably twice as expensive).
They have DQ in Las Vegas “ Henderson “ has one for sure , loved the four screen Cash builder , hope your luck continues Matt and Jules 🎉
Great first night in Biloxi 🎉
Great session mate. 🎰🎰🎰
Brilliant we shouted at the tv funny seeing you try sweet ice tea and the ice cream amazing win 😊
The South is the best! Glad you’re enjoying!
Well done, a fantastic bounce back today, a very enjoyable video.👍👏
Take care

Your the GREATEST casino vlogger! Ty Mr B!!!
Enjoy your blogs! The Gold Strike was recently bought by the Cherokee Nation. Love Tunica.
Some great gambling 👍🏻 and some good things to try.

Truly entertaining, good to see you winning. Yes the mid 90's was an exciting time in Tunica. Many trips there. Much success for you to come.
Good job Matt 👏
I so sooo love these vlogs! Feel like we’re with you !❤
GREAT VIDEO THANKS
Thank you for pumping these vlogs out so quick. Really enjoying this series! I hope you get an EPIC win on your trip.

What a run at the end enjoying the journey
As for that bonus, it's partially because you've got 3x the screens, so you've got more spots available to be filled.

Have you ever had a Long Island Iced Tea with vodka ,rum, gin, tequila and triple sec ?
No!
In Canada long island ice tea is so good with alcohol! Youd be hooked!
In Canada , we call it Iced Tea
Same in most of the US!

As a Texan, I have been indoctrinated to love sweet tea, Bucee's, and Whataburger. Yet I avoid all of these things as much as possible 🤣🤣🤣
Must get whataburger after midnight!

I'd never heard of it before and Jules said it's a southern thing. Now I know what DQ is i'll certainly be visiting the store in Excalibur!
