Its funny that people are actually blind enough to think RDU didnt cheat. Watch closely @ 24:45 with the message and the play. RDU is on 1 life with iceblock. If RDU stays at one life and Amaz has flare in hand, RDU would lose the game. This is why RDU was contemplating using alexstrasza on himself. But, the second that his friend told him that amaz didn't have flare (he told him that he had a bow and hunter's mark), RDU immediately used alexstrasza on his opponent. Had his friends not told him what amaz had, he would have almost certainly used alexstrasza on himself because if amaz, had flare, he would immediately lose. And who knows, maybe if rdu used alexstraza on himself, the game would have ended differently. Either way, it was certainly cheating . He could have removed his friend the second he started getting messages, but he didn't. He just let his friend keep on messaging him and pretended like he didn't wanna be getting the messages. It should have been a rematch at minimal.
He didnt even hesitate using Alexstrazza xd, any dumbass knows against face hunter in this old meta you would have lost if you did alexstrazza to your own face
This should have been on a LAN and not in an online match, however your comment is incredibely stupid. At 24:22 Amaz could have used Flare to draw a card and have lethal. Of course he couldn't know what he draws, but the odds for lethal would have been high. While the best play was Alexstraza, it would have been the best play in any case. While we won't assume that he has Flare - else the game is over next turn - what is your game plan for the rest of the game, facing a 29 HP hunter that you know has Flare in his deck? And even worse, attacking with your minion into him will charge up his Eaglehorn Bow. This means you are at no risk of running out of charges. We know Amaz will deal at least 5 damage but with the next draw, he would have dealt 9. Meaning RDU was sitting at 6 HP without being able to attack. Note that would have been a guarantee to kill himself. He either attacks first with Alexstraza, but that would return it at a cost of 11 to his hand. The second option is to attack first with Azure Drake - which is more than reasonable - which would return Azure Drake and leave you with Alexstraze to attack. Misdirection guarantees a hit to himself and kills him. In other words, this means that RDU had no chance of winning by attacking and only by spell casting. Given his hand and timer he was on, the only way for him to win was to pray that Amaz had no Flare. He could have prevented the attack AFTER playing Alexstraza, however this would still play into the hope he didn't have Flare and won't draw Flare the following turn and changes 0 about his inability to attack RDU. Again, I am not saying that what happened was good, it was shit. But in a realsitic case, all it did was put a shadow on a win that was a gamble - like it often is in Hearthstone - that paid off, since RDU had no other choice but go with it. Anything else would have put him on a too short timer to stay alive.
Given both players take their time before playing whatever cards they want, RDU goes for Alexis just as Pufulete told him Amaz "still has a bow [eaglehorn] and a hunter mark", so he decided he plays Alexis before seeing whatever that guy told him. For what it's worth, I also finished reading the message just as Alexis hit the board (without trying to pick the dragon from hand), so there is little time to decide where you heal or you kill. RDU also gambled more than I would like by playing Alexis this way, what if Amaz topdecked flare....So he disregarded what hunter can have, either in his hand or in his (top)deck, so it doesn't matter for RDU whatever Pufulete said. Highly entertaining final anyway :D.
Naim Vahidi I saw that too. What a trashy move. RDU should have unfriended all of those saying "Hi mom!" and everything the minute they started sending him messages while he was in the middle of a tournament. Edit: Just finished watching the rest of the video. Glad he did eventually remove them... even if it was after he cheated. He was probably instructed to do so.
What makes you think he's cheating, have you done any research into how he could've been receiving messages, or how he asked multiple times for that random person to stop messaging him. It wasn't his fault, it's blizzards fault.
You stupid shit, didnt you see ? All i see in you is just angry bird for blizzard and rdu cheater . quack quack. Why the fuck the message in another language in the first place you stupid shit?
Well either way it's shows he should of never won and had been disqualified just look at his guilty face when he gets the message you can D him all you want still a rat
Jonathan Weatherford The problem is that he can't stop the messages, someone even came over to him and made him delete his friends, and he didn't have any, the only people on his friends list were people he had played with in the tournament.
+Arrowless Knee you can stop them by not having play on the own accounts and give them private ones I get blizzard has some fault but he shouldn't have walked away a winner he was on edge till his bud gave him peice of mind and could of changed the outcome
RDU should've called the matched off instantly after being messaged . This isn't a fact of whether who wins or loses . He is a cheat . Someone without sportsmanship and should be taken off ESport . Doesn't matter if he was in the winning situation or not . He should be disqualified from further tournaments . Good job there Amaz , took it really well .
RDU doesn't deserve any of these 3 games. He was just waiting for Alextraza, all his fireballs, etc Just the fucking easiest combo in this game. For a "pro player" like him, i was waiting for something that would require some technics and skills
Abakreo Well, amaz not killing the doom sayer was a huge misplay as well, the way to beat freeze mage is to pop block as early as possible, letting rdu play alex on a clean board and not having to worry about his 2 minions was what lost him the game
+Olen Neeger no he actually was carefull, because when you play on a tablet, picking the card and "dragging" it straight into your opponents face might result in the touchpad stop registering your fingertip and the pyro could hit a minion by mistake.
had amaz used the mind blast at the very end, then rag shot rdu, would he have won? the mind blast would have popped the ice block, but in ending his turn would he have ended the immunity?
at 8:25 couldnt he just attack face, swipe face and then force of nature face and bring him to 1 hp, then rdu had to alex himself I guess and amaz still had 2 potentiol draws for his ragg and enough life to survive at least 2 or 3 turns against alex
26:22 he has 46 friends online in the chat( like the hole game). Then he has only 2 players online in the chat at 28:00 and after he opened his chat room he had only 8 players in friend list. WTF?!?! HOW i think that we have a question here
In the last game...couldn´t Amaz have casted Mind Blast...causing the Ice Block to pop...and Ragnaros would have finished RDU of as soon as Amaz had passed his turn?
so yeh, if amaz had flare, in game 2, he would have done so and just finished with bow.. i dont get this reasoning.. yes some random fuck gave away.. but still.. wasnt it obvious enough? bow+flare = win.. he didnt.. so he didnt have it.. simple as that. not RDUs fault..tlho i love amaz
I completely agree, everyone is getting out the torches but in the end, it's not his fault. He would've played the same way anyway, you can only play around the other players hand so much, if your opponent has the perfect answer, knowing it or not, it's still gg.
no you misunderstand. that was not the point here. he could have alexstrazad himself rather than amaz in order to save him, but since amaz did not have a flare in his hand he alex'd amaz
because if amaz had flare in his hand he would have lost. we can't confirm if he would have alex'd himself or not but the message definitely helped out his decision.
You can't say for sure that RDU would've played differently here, he knew that he could set up next turn lethal, the choice was simple,"what are the odds that amaz has flare" well not very high, so this was a normal play.
i think thats not the only time he cheated. we see only that moment everytime it switches player we dont see his chat in other words how many times did he get info
Anyone else notice in the second game the guy telling RDU Amaz's only card was Hunter's Mark?
Yeah there was quite a big deal about that, but somehow RDU didnt get disc...
so0meone Also he got alerted about the Leeroy
+so0meone He didn't get disqualified because people don't understand Romanian, simple as that.
Hello Mom is code for Leroy Jenkins, almost as if it was planned
I feel like the friend request on the third match was a hint
in the second game rdu friends said to him what amaz had in hand
No they didn't.
yes they did, i am romanian so i know what they were saying
Adrian Bildea
Which line?
+Matthew Helm 24:45 "mai are un arc si un hunter mark" = he has a bow and a hunter mark
it would't have changed anything anyway
So RDu shuld have been disqualified?!?!
He had people telling him amazes cards..... how did the casters not notice that?!?!
+Brahm Van Zeeland you're righ! i really disappointed about the staff! amaz should've won that!
He didn't deserve that at all.
stfu hes deserving it

He should have been disqualified! People told him what Amaz had in his hand in romanian
Naim Vahidi It's RDU fault? Because his "friend" is such a dumb guy?
***** You are right, it's not his fault. My bad
Naim Vahidi

Anyone else see RDU friends tell him that Amaz only had one hunters mark that little rat was cheating...

He cheated in the second game.
The judges don't give a shiz about Rdu cheating, because they are like , "we're. Already wasting pur money on this so put the cheapest possible setup"
RDU didn't disqualified? Joke tournament
Pls Blizzard delete this Fucking Ice Block..
RDU doesn't deserve any of these 3 games. He was just waiting for Alextraza, all his fireballs, etc
Just the fucking easiest combo in this game. For a "pro player" like him, i was waiting for something that would require some technics and skills
Abakreo amaz fucking played cancer hunter.. go cry in other place
Adrian Sopterean
i'm not crying. i'm just saying what i think about RDU's strategy. So calm down
Abakreo Both amaz and rdu are great players, anyway, hearthstone is not about skill,is about luck :/
Adrian Sopterean
Well, i can't say anything about this. That's true ^^
Abakreo Well, amaz not killing the doom sayer was a huge misplay as well, the way to beat freeze mage is to pop block as early as possible, letting rdu play alex on a clean board and not having to worry about his 2 minions was what lost him the game
Look at how careful he was with that last fireblast
+gwnaraluen wasn't careful, he was proud that he won (without a fair gameplay)
+Olen Neeger no he actually was carefull, because when you play on a tablet, picking the card and "dragging" it straight into your opponents face might result in the touchpad stop registering your fingertip and the pyro could hit a minion by mistake.
why do they play on fucking ipads?
to make sure they dont cheat in anway
Even if the guy didn't tell Rdu that Amaz had hunter mark the result would be the same!
This is why pro gaming is not taken seriously...
I have to watch these at 2x speed and it still isn't fast enough
Poor Amaz...I mean he still got 5000 clams but damn
Rdu was not just msged but also wrote while final wtf
had amaz used the mind blast at the very end, then rag shot rdu, would he have won? the mind blast would have popped the ice block, but in ending his turn would he have ended the immunity?
alexleelun12345 the inmunity stop ragnaros too
i was rdu's gooster it was rigged by me :)))
This isn’t rdu he didn’t slam his desk
at 8:25 couldnt he just attack face, swipe face and then force of nature face and bring him to 1 hp, then rdu had to alex himself I guess and amaz still had 2 potentiol draws for his ragg and enough life to survive at least 2 or 3 turns against alex
i dont understand why amaz didnt double swipe to mill 2 cards, would be always such hard value and would actually win him the game cuz no iceblock
26:22 he has 46 friends online in the chat( like the hole game). Then he has only 2 players online in the chat at 28:00 and after he opened his chat room he had only 8 players in friend list. WTF?!?! HOW i think that we have a question here
After his ghosters from second game, he was probably instructed to remove all of his friends, except Those in the tournament (?)
Roumania !!! Nice job RDU !!
Thats crap if pp, ca just tell the players wich card the other has
In the last game...couldn´t Amaz have casted Mind Blast...causing the Ice Block to pop...and Ragnaros would have finished RDU of as soon as Amaz had passed his turn?
That still counts as 1 turn. Ragnaros attacks at the end of the turn not at the start of the enemy turn.
amaz just trew first game by not playing ancient of lore against mage at 9 hp, so as at the third by not playing azure drake even so thats pure random
Freeze mage is so stupid.
Rdu noooob nooob
Was it legal to cheat in such final match? Why didn't they have rematch?
이충권 watch amazs video on the situation
OKAY GUYS RDU DIDNT CHEAT!!! HE TOLD THE PEOPLE TO STOP
Unipuff I know it's late, but he told them to stop after a security guy told him to do so
Look at these guys playing on a fucking tablet.
19:41 dem comments!
so yeh, if amaz had flare, in game 2, he would have done so and just finished with bow.. i dont get this reasoning.. yes some random fuck gave away.. but still.. wasnt it obvious enough? bow+flare = win.. he didnt.. so he didnt have it.. simple as that. not RDUs fault..tlho i love amaz

Kevin Yang how do you know he wouldn't have pushed for lethal anyway, how do you KNOW that message actually mattered?
because if amaz had flare in his hand he would have lost. we can't confirm if he would have alex'd himself or not but the message definitely helped out his decision.
You can't say for sure that RDU would've played differently here, he knew that he could set up next turn lethal, the choice was simple,"what are the odds that amaz has flare" well not very high, so this was a normal play.
dem shorts doe
"He didn't deserve mimimimi"
It's a fucking card game which means it's 90% luck.
+Nycro they are talking about the cheating on the second game bro
not only that

ah yes back when HS actually required a brain to play. I miss old HS with way less RNG and generated cards.
the misplays are real
Amaz has balls
i think thats not the only time he cheated. we see only that moment everytime it switches player we dont see his chat in other words how many times did he get info
Such difficult deck RDU is running...
And he cheated.
NOOOOB RDU
god damn that announcer is hot

Most over rated class...
I really dont like RDU, frickin arrogant little dude
I hope that now you are a better man
Haha I guess I am a little wiser ;) but RDU did cheat, so he didn't deserve the title
RDU the cheater
yuting lau didn't change anything
liam higgins should be disqualified
RDU schoolboy logic
36:48 use mind blast active ice block and ragnaros kill her
Gabriel Cordovez ice block is for the rest of the turn
i dont like this rdu...wtf is this ....just a boring game with all these spells... -.-
Such a boring deck from RDU.
