I just saw the Go! Team for the first time. I loved every second of it. I thought Thunder, Lightning, Strike was entertaining but it is nothing compared with seeing them live. Later on, Ninja came out with Groove Armada, which was unbelievable.
Her performance and studio singing are so diffren't. This is awsome though. 2 drumsets, a sound board, vocals, 2 guitars and a bass. What a rediculous set up. They have such a unique sound, I love it.
Comparing the Go! Team to Musical Youth is like saying a Taco is kinda like a Hot Dog. If that's your perspective I don't think you're quite understanding how music works.

18 later i still want to know the live vrsion lyric
i was at the nyc performance, ninja did the recorded version’s lyrics!

@jeyjey34 Ninja, the lead singer, likes to freestyle during live performances. So yes, it sound different from the studiio version.
@catormis Perhaps because Ninja likes to freestyle when sining live..
That´s probably why the lyrics are different..
this is one of the craziest performances i have ever seen holy crap it barely sounds like the original song
Fucking Amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Why this version is so different than the studio one ? The vocal is more funky, hip-hop or dunno what.
