I don't think they can do that in china, it would be seen as if encouraging crimes. There are people who thinks it is beautiful what they see on tv and might wanna repeat it irl. Like many people in the west do.
@35.50 unless the father is abusing his child sexual, emotional, or physical.. then it is very wrong for a woman to keep the child from seeing the father. if the father had metal issues like depression that is not reason and you can find various ways in which supervised visits can be done.. its cruel, vengeful and outright nasty and it affects the child in later life. when parents divorce the children are often used a weapons. sooooo wrong. it realy is a crime against the child!!!!!! it makes me mad that the majority of woman do this. the most stupid and disastrous thing to do. change a Childs surname that is a given right to have both parents surname (in my opinion) later down the line if the husband decides to remarry and have more kids and they grow up and have a sexual relationship only to find out they are bother and sister... then who's fault is it?????? its.a pity they dont have divorced parenting classe that is made compulsory in all countries, because a lot of damage to kids would be avoided.... the ml sister seems to have an air of superiority about her with added entitlement and the need to spit the father.. @38.12 he asked her to stay out of his sisters divorce and she is not. what makes her think she knows her more than the brother. I find her realy meddlesome...
Divorce parenting classes isn't compulsory in all countries, but anyone can get to know their rights if they want to. If the father really wanted to see his daughter he would find a way even in china. I can't believe laws will forbid a child to see its parent or vice versa. that would be completely dumb and I want to believe chinese people aren't dumb.
I get the feeling that the ex husband had something to do with his sister getting fired. She shouldn't be keeping the child from him either. The ex should have retained counsel, not go to his ex's *TWIN BROTHER* both the sister and the ex are idiots.
