I have been listening this song for last so many years and always this is so new, never gets old. How true and that is how the entire life is being spent. How beautifully and in a most fabulous manner this heart-touching song projects the life being spent in real sense which is sung by Talat Sahab. Talat Sahab, the king of ghazals, shall always be alive in my heart with not only this but all of his beautiful songs.
This is very emotional song, and the emotional tension in this song is so much compatible with an event in my childhood traumatic incident. At age 5, I was incidenly separated from my sister 3 years old. And after this separation, my sister died of a medical illness unfortunately. My mind of a 5 year old could not process and resolve this traumatic incident in life. This traumatic incident had a prologed and difficult effect on my personality thought process. But it is good that the psychiatrist did bring out the psyche discomfort of this unpleasant childhood incident.
