Today we are looking at the evolution of Gogeta animations that exist in Dokkan Battle (F2P Gogeta's excluded). This is a great time to look at all the Gogeta animations because of the new Gogeta Blue that has released with stunning animations!

I really cannot tell you. There was a huge jump in animations from 2018-2020. That’s when they started really putting effort into animations

It actually started with agl metal cooler getting good animation and then the rest is history

Man, this is really nostalgic for me. Starting in 2016, I remember the community making a joke about how TEQ SSJ4 Gogeta had a really long super attack, but looking at it now it’s not considered long in any sense. Watching Dokkan evolve from moving pixels to beautiful animations (mainly starting from the release of LR Goku and Frieza) has been an experience for me to say the least.
It really has been a long and evolving journey it’s crazy where it was and where it is now

Even before 2018 i would see how the sprite "animation" would get better as well as i remember seeing the difference in the super attacks from both the str and int zamasu's where the int zamasu had both better quality assets while also being in better proportion as well compared to old str zamasu who a pink blade as opposed to purple one with a smaller arua as well

For anyone that doesn’t feel hyped about 9th anniversary Gogeta’s animations, his base 12 and 18ki are literally ripped from the movie. His Blue 12 ki is ripped from the movie almost exactly, which is really well done, his active was also done with purely movie animations, the kicks and the credits scene. The 18 ki is the only thing that’s mostly original material, so that can be a subject of opinion. Also, his counter is also ripped straight from the movie. Objectively, they are some of the best animations in the game, if not the best. Str Blue Gogeta has 3 of the best animated as well, so it be would be a 3 way tie between them as well as the Lr Gods

Idk how me and my siblings have been able to play this mobile game for almost 10 years. I’m called Mr.LR and I got over 100 LRs and most of the festival units. Came a long way from someone who had a hard time awakening characters at first

Yeah I would definitely agree. I feel like the best animated thing the 2024 Gogeta has is his 18 ki in Super Saiyan, but all the 2020 animations were all from the source so it definitely makes sense why they were better, since this one they went more original, but still had some source stuff too.
@@legendaryred24Taking into account that unlike Broly from Super which had a lot of scenes to put in a LR, in this game there was already so much gogeta blue that there wasn't much left in the animations other than reusing some frames and go for an original super atk

@@jeremiahtaylor1817 There's a few good SS Vegito animation from Majin Buu Saga that they can use. Vegito comboing Buuhan and finish it with Big Bang Attack. You can see it on DBZ: Kakarot for game animation or you can watch SS Vegito vs Buuhan on DBZ Majin Buu Saga episode
