Lt.Esan is an action-packed Commander of a voluntary Disaster Rescue Squad whose members include highly trained officers from Tri-Services and Coast Guard. His Squad got into some of the worst Flood Affected areas in Tamilnadu and Kerala during 2015, 2018 and 2019 and rescued nearly 1300 people including many Pregnant ladies, senior citizens and infants. During COVID Crisis his team along with a few officers reached out to almost 7 Lakh people and also facilitated the development of a low-cost Ventilator through the Indian Army at Coimbatore. He is an expert in identifying and training potential youngsters to qualify as Officers in the Military and has given nearly 300 officers so far. He is also a trainer for Civil Services Personality Test and has helped many become IAS, IPS, and officers. In this video, Lt.Esan explains the various military exams and ways to crack them.

Ssb is not only pertaining with physical events, it's all about personality test so you should to teach your son Be loyal, Basically communication skill is most important thing in SSB and he is studying school so he don't have time to study about current affairs but basic general knowledge will impact in interview, so properly give guidance to him for ssb, and apply the form when the application is release and send him to there appear for ssb, once he will attend ssb everything will learn & known well ownself

Anyone help me....now TGC-138 requirement announced....how to convert cgpa to percentage for each semester for anna university college ?....
Just multiply your CGPA in to 10. If you have studied in Anna University campus you will have the cgpa conversion on behind your mark sheet. Otherwise you have to get that cgpa certificate from Anna University , they are charging rs.300 if you apply in person in Anna university. If you apply online it will be around rs. 1000

It has Lr. No and with signature ( Green ink ) & seal of controller or deputy controller of examinations Anna University , chennai , your CGPA & affiliated college name where you have studied.
