OK, so, hear me out. Maybe the force vision Yoda saw of Shaak Ti's death was the deleted RoTS scene? She was sitting down during both, and they were both using blue lightsabers. I think, given the direct reference in Clone Wars Season 7, it might be plausible that we're all just assuming it was the Order 66 scene rather than the other.
Grievous did not kill K'Kruhk. K'Kruhk's species has this ability to go into a sort of healing coma to recover from near death. K'Krukh would survive well into the Legacy era of Star Wars Legends.
I’m just going to be fair with grievous In cannon we didn’t get much of the full story of grievous. In his lair… there’s an unknown amount of Jedi braids in his collection. Which means he has an unknown amount of kills. So if I put legends and canon together… he killed a lot of Jedi… yeah grievous either in legends or canon ain’t here to play games… like he wiped out dathomir with his collection. Now commenters, who shall own the collection????? Let me know
Actually Grievous never took Ki-Adi's, Shaak's (At least on Hypori) or Aayla's lightsabers at all. And K'Kruhk wasn't killed but he was seriously injured and entered into a healing coma to recover. As for the Battle of Coruscant, well given his mission it's VERY unlikely he even had the time to collect their lightsabers, save for Shaak's
I think the 2003 clone wqrs shows well that for normal people, padawans, and less experienced Jedi, Grevious is unbeatable. Only Jedi masters or super powerful persons can really take him on. We normally only see him go up against those more powerful people so that's why he's less scary on screen.
The scene of Shaak Ti's death in TCW could also be a confirmation of her death aboard the Invisible Hand. In both scenes (hand and temple) she was stabbed from behind in the upper body by a blue lightsaber ehile her eyes were closed and she was kneeling.
