best, simple explanation on UA-cam
thank you for this, it's more detailed than others I've seen here in UA-cam. trivial pursuit isn't common in our country, and we need a "new-ish" game to try, base on to use to explain a topic for our assignment
We try to give a comprehensive explanation so I am glad you found it useful!
The start is the center.
No you don’t you start on ANY matching colour square to your token/mover.
From the set up on the official instructions: “2. Each player selects a mover and places it on any matching coloured space.”
You were so helpful thank you for existing
This is a very good instructional explanation, thanks
1. I was not expecting that quizzical joke. 😂😂😂
2. THANK YOU SO MUCH. I felt like the game was too popular, so they already expected us how to play and gave us limited information. Thank youguys,
Thanks 🎃
Sir and Mam does the Masters edition has new quiz questions not similar to the Genus edition? I have now the Ultimate Trivial Pursuit Questions and Answers quiz book(2010), which adds expansion to my quiz board game
Thank you I couldn't figure this out 😂
Thank you very much, great explaination ! Keep going
We hope to :D
احس حبيتهم اخيرا فهمت العبه
This was helpful. I have the 6th edition, which does not come with a timer. Any idea where to get a timer?
How long do you set the timer for?
Incidentally, I substitute the Cook ministries cards for the game cards for Bible trivial pursuit. It worked well.
You moved clockwise than counter clock wise why?
there is no set direction of movement, so you can choose
No they pkayed entirely dufferently when it came to where the tokens started and movement.
Evil robots.
I have loved the efforts you have made so far to help the gaming community with their games....but.....I have to say....this one and the last one on Jenga! Really?
Please go back to some of the other types of games.....will it be monopoly next? Noooooooooooooo.............
But again, thank you for all your hard work prior to this......much appreciated.
Jonathan Downham we are glad you have enjoyed the show thus far. The games we chose for Christmas were mostly tongue in cheek and a hat tip to the games we used to play with our parents and family's during the holiday season. We will be returning to our more usual fare in the new year.
+Skip the Rulebook then that's my bad for not seeing the irony. Have a good Christmas and keep up the great work.
@@TheCriticalCarePractitioner Monopoly lol. I don't understand why people like that game. That also takes hours upon hours to play even when you play with the rules of the said board game. If you play like 4-5 players in it there's a great chance you might be eliminated very early on from the game. Now you are just sitting there for hours waiting for the game to end with your other friends.
I'm looking for a game
you mean you are looking for someone to play this game with or you are looking for a new game to play that is similar?
I would suggest Cranium or catch phrase.
ممكن الترجمهة لن اشترينه وحدهة ومجاي نعرف نلعبهة يلي يعرفلهة ليقصر
شلج بيها تدوخ هاي مال ناس مثقفين
If it's more than 2 players, who reads the question to who?
sb71 doesn’t matter
The player to the left of the player who's turn it is.
@@bernieklau8063 oh, I didn’t know that. Thanks
This has to be 1 of the worst board games I ever played. The game is way too long. You are basically hoping on luck to land on the wedge pie spaces which could take a while. With the questions being hard as they are, you're not even guaranteed a pie. If that wasn't bad the spaces on the board that are not for the pie wedge, getting those right doesn't do anything for you. They should have made it where all the questions are for pie. Who ever answers all 7 questions right wins.
You're suggestion of "all questions are worth a pie" is sometimes how we play it if we are after a shorter game. I do agree that it can definitely sometimes drag on past the point where everyone is having fun. I think you have to pick your audience :)
@tonyp9313 add some components to the game so that it becomes enjoyable and intense. The timer on the Trivial Pursuit is one factor and doesn't include in the older version so use a game timer in YT instead. Your opinion in playing 7 is correct, from me I play 20 questions. Another one is use a dice cup for rolling the dice and release fairness to the game. Next is if your a tabletop gamer and played all sorts of card games other than Uno, use the coins(tokens) as a reward for having answered correctly. I use tokens from the card game Saboteur 2. From here get the number which is a lucky number for you, mine is 8 and 16. If I collect 8 tokens I can buy a pie rather than going from the Category headquarter. And lastly use some symbolic objects or things from the card game again and make it as a lifeline. I use a card game called "Ghost Blitz", and it has so many version. The main point in this trivia quiz boardgame is to transform it and upgrade it(because of the elements/components used) so that it is nearer to some reality quiz games (show) and to make it more exciting and fun. And additionally read more books. My encyclopedia sets are now from the community of Tabletop Games and Trivia/Quiz games from when I use them when I'm studying from college and Academics as a references, resources and sources because when you are writing and researching for your reports and presenting it after in class your Professor will interrogate you where you find the sources (evidence, proof) from your reports. Okey that's it 🥰 Happy Quizzing 😁👍❤️✌️👌🥳🤔🧠🧩♟️🎲🕹️🦉🎱
