I would explain this as follows: There isn't even one country on this planet, where you won't find any criminals, people who decided not to follow the laws, who wanted to do the forbidden things. Things that would disturb the harmony in society, that would harm others. Therefore even the best government needs to maintain places where criminals are amongst themselves, where they can be rectified - prisons. Staying at a prison is not supposed to be comfortable!!! This temporary world isn't our real home, the place where we belong to. We are rather inhabitants of the eternal spiritual realm. This is our home, which we left, by our own decision, to enjoy things we couldn't enjoy there. Love can't be forced, God, Krsna knows thisi and gives us the freedom to decide to love Him or to turn away from Him. That's what we did. We wanted to be independent from Him, we wanted to play His role, wanted to forget him. Therefore we are here in this world. One might call it a playground or a prison, but how we experience this world depends on our "behaviour" here. Because the law of karma, of action and reaction never fails, we reap what sow. And if not in this then in one of the next lifetimes. Being aware of all the horrible things going on in this world, this might sound cruel. But we knew before what to expect in this would and might have thought we were the good ones and nothing unpleasing could happen to us. Or we were too proud and felt like above the law of karma. There are no innocent victims! Whatever happens to us,we did it to someone else before. As long as we are under the law of karma we are bound to our material body and this world, can't return to our eternal home. But there is hope for each and everyone of us: as soon as we accept our eternal relationship with God, with Krsna, our journey back home starts. Of course, we need an expert guide, a spiritual teacher, a guru to help us navigate through the dense jungle of our own mind. Our "password" is the Hare Krsna Maha Mantra Maharaja was talking about. Chanting this mantra connect directly with Krsna and clears our covered vision. Yes, Krsna is merciful. He respects our free will, allowed us to leave Him, although He loves us, misses is and want us back - more than we can ever imagine. Therefore ge gave us this easy way, to return after this lifetime: accept a guru, follow some rules that save you from the entanglements in this world and chant the Holy Names of God. That's our "Green Card" 😊😊😊

Hare Krishna , evil is artificial situation or consideration or ignorance about Krishna the supreme lord, it can be understood like sun when sun is not present there is darkness or night. So night or shadow is created by sun only but it's absence of light like that all evil is simply forgetfulness of Krishna . So let's remember Krishna and be virtuous and happy always .

While no one wants to suffer, Swayam has no hatred towards anyone, God has made him like this only because such a desire arises in him i.e. a desire to suffer like God or to become God himself, which he himself cannot fulfill, and in return only the living soul has to suffer. Can cause suffering, that is, those painful actions are bound to come in the physical world, due to which the soul is certain to suffer, whereas it does not want to suffer, it cannot live as per its wish in the physical world and if it wants to die after being disappointed in this life.
