Incorrect, you have to reverse one of the wheelsets and mount the lifter in between the wheels and you should try to lift the area between the legs of the furniture (flat surface)

You are setting the product in wrong way. All the wheels should aline in one direction. That is the reason for slipping of the product from furniture.
