I'm all about the dashcams, I don't care about privacy issues so long as that cameras saves my ass in the end that's what I'm all about , saving my $$$.
It makes sense - there's a lot of folks out there who will lie about the circumstances of an accident to avoid accountability, even if it's not an insurance scam like the first story he recounted.

@@yeroc_ I have 1 dash 2 on mirror brackets and 2 on trailer I run flatbed, so I mounted them on sides of flatbed so I can see what’s going on at all time I also have them running to a live board I installed so if SD card gets corrupted I still have live feed from home and it saves on the hard drive. I have them on a peterbilt 379 just FYI

Yeap, been there. On I95 in Boca, Kia Sol that rammed into me twice hit my drive tire and got some nice damages. Neither of us got a ticket and my insurance never paid the claim. Definitely worth the purchase of a webcam.

Had a 1998 W9, 72" sleeper with the vista cruiser windows above the cab. Detroit 12.7, 18 spd. 370 rears. Loved that truck. I was good to it, it was good to me.

My dad go into a insurance scammer, he turned right in front of him on a two lane , you could see on the skid marks the the way the guy turned was like he was trying to get my dad to hit him cause his direction of travel wasn't toward the side road, and on top of that the driver was only in the country for 2 weeks and had no licenses, insurance and didn't own the car.. my dad swerved to miss him clipped his front left on the car then hit a telephone pole in the ditch . He totaled his 97 kw w900 flat glass with a 3406 cat😑 luckily everyone walked out of it okay!

I used to drive for a small company. My boss would get brokered loads and check their actual address on google maps and some times it was an empty plot of ground, they would refuse to take the load. There where occasions that we would bring the load to the yard until we see the money.

Factoring companies pay you quicker for the load you did instead if waiting 30 days or more. But they take a percentage

I love everything about this w900 except the 12.7 Detroit I wouldn't even run the 14.4 Detroit myself I'd go ISX or N14 series big Cummins the signature 600 preferred or the big Yellow motors CAT is always like that I just always been a Red motor guy myself

I drive taxi in Miami,I tell you what, foolish drivers are all over , people don't respect driving rules,it's too easy to get a driving license in Miami.this is why we got so many incompetent drivers on the wheels . hopefully people learn to be very responsible on the wheels.peace and be smart.
