My naturopath prescribed a supplement for me that has been HUGE in helping my anxiety. Gabatone. Thought I'd mention it in case you want to research it. I'm doing the anxiety/productivity charting now too thanks to your suggestion.
Oh yeah GABA helped me a lot! When my anxiety was really bad years ago, it helped me to take the train. I've been using EFT Tapping more recently and that helps me too. Ashwaganda is another good supplement (although it makes some people, like my husband, a bit more gittery).

I love watching your videos. I'm a writer too and happen to have ADHD (which takes shiny object syndrome to a WHOLE new level! Lol). So glad you're here 🤗. And ditto to what everyone else is saying. I struggle with anxiety & I’m not working right now & I just started tracking productivity, because I’m wasting a lot of time...I made trackers...I like how you put it in your daily planner...so if I don’t mark it on my specific area...I can still mark it someplace else & it won’t get lost!!

First of all HAPPY BIRTDAY!!! Second, with your anxiety/ productivity tracker are you also writing down what may cause the anxiety episode? It might help to know the cause, sometimes so it can be dealt with or avoided. ILY I love the sound of your voice, the explanations of what you do and why,(very easy to follow and understand) and I love ALL of your creativity.
