I believed JGOD made a detailed video about Sleight of Hand and which guns benefits the most and which guns might not need it. But I guess it all comes down to preferences, even with just a 0.5s faster reload might really matter for more aggressive player.
Which weirdly only affects mw3 guns cause all mw2 guns still reload fast as during wz2 with fast hands

fastest ttk smg is actually the Vel 46 (if you dont count the unusable FJX Horus and WSP-9's open bolt delay)

Bruh there is a gun in MW3 that has crazy movement but it's so limited because of what it is, the WSP stinger gives you SMOOOVEMENT BUT it only comes with a 32rnd extended mag and you have to basically not miss a shot otherwise you die lol but the movement is FAST. Striker 9 is also a lethal weapon can put people on skates if your good with it
Ram 9 is king for movement aswell and u can get a 45 speed extended mag with it the R9 is absolutely insane it kills enemies so fast best SMG out there for me

Cheat accusation might be a little abusive, but it's understandable to have suspicions when you see how good your aim tracking is. Never played on controller so idk how much aim assist helps with that but for a k&m player it sure looks a bit too clean
Aim assist is strong af. Especially if you play around with the min/max of dead zones.
Imean it does take skills to do what hes doing. It aint easy ive come close toba 30 kill games a few times and i still get called a cheater, i dont stream or anything. Just enjoy playing. But some people obviously have a knack fir these tyoes of games more than others as well. Paired with good hardware and controller mechanics and aim mechs. And some hours.... henything is possible.
