I updated from a Thinkbook 16p Gen 2 with an Ryzen 7 5800H and a Liw powered RTX 3060 to s much more powerful Legion 7i with a Core i9 14900hx and a RTX 4060 and noticed a difference in idle temperatures, which are a few degrees lower, when the Legion is placed on a stand.
I want it because i have a laptop i work on but after some time my neck started to pain and I had an old Lenovo laptop so it heats sometime, so it will be beneficial for me. btw really like your videos and thx for this opportunity. 💕

Surprisingly, in this case, the benchmark results were only marginally better. 618 vs 620 with the stand.😅 But the other benefits of the stand make it worth it.
I find the ideapad's design really bad cause they released LOQ which has a great design for heat management but in ideapad they slap the heat to the display am concerned will it cause any issues in future

Laptop stands are a great space saver. If we use a cooling pad alongside the stand, it definitly helps in quicker cooling
