- Hello my friends, today we review AlgoBox trading system on a second look.
My first review of AlgoBox I was testing the waters, playing with strategy and it all looked a bit overwhelming.
I've had enough time now to incorporate the trading indicators AlgoBox offers with my own style of day trading.

If you load more days of data on your MacV chart, you'll be able to utilize the histogram/deviations, especially since its ES
Good to see you again Douglas. I totally ditched Bookmap and level 2 data for Algobox. I use their Bollinger band, OBOS, channel regulator and S/R levels to identify favourable entry positions together with order flow signals, the Discord audiobox and macv ultimate. Theres no looking back. Massive improvement in my trading. Hope the whiskey and family life is flowing smooth for you.

Taking break for a minute. It's my own fault but I was taking too big a risk with my stops.
Why did you stop if I may ask ? I’m using it for the second month but not doing good. Might ditch it
@Guilherme Chagas It didn't fit my style of trading. It's easy to see after the fact how a move might have happened but in the moment I found it hard to apply in a practical manner. Ironically enough, I do still sort of use it, but only because it's on a stream that I watch and I mostly see the stops as a potential point to take profit or consider getting out of a trade if I'm in one. I've been doing really well with footprint chart trading and a semi autonomous strategy for getting into trades via stacked imbalances. Worked really well, especially when there's high entropy. I use that to supplement my goto system, which is mostly a continuation strategy. But when there's not high volume/sound direction, my footprint chart trading is the way to go. I've always had one eye on AlgoBox, but the owner leaves much to be desired, and i have a hard time giving someone like that more money. So I've always hesitated to spend money on it. Now that I have a system that works for me, I'd have a really hard time justifying trying anything else. It's important that everyone find what works best for them, especially since there's more than one way to win at this game. Warm regards.
@@czm2000 Indeed, if you find a system that works for you, stick to it and let the probabilities play out. I've always been a bit too open to new ideas so I might not give a strategy enough time to learn and work out but on the other hand I can trade multiple different strategies with different platforms.
@@gui2503 I didn't have a problem with it. I think its a great tool. I was just taking too big of risk and needed to get myself back into basic market structure to tighten my stops. TTW is still the best tool for finding major swings but major swings come with bigger risks unless you have a tight entry strategy.

We're all guilty no one really knows when to get out If the trade was struggling but if you were negative on the trade and it went up and you have 3 or 4 contracts and you're profitable sell 2 or 3 when you're up break even on the next one. Easier said than done. Sometimes you gotta use a reverse button That's something that I need to learn. Stay green
