      😀, it is fine that you 110% follow the video, but pay attention to the titles below: there are ingredients with the measures! Keep cookin’

    How can I prevent the cream for curdling. Always turns out super grainy and don't even use the hand mixer. Have you ever had this issue? What could be the culprit?

      I haven't had this issue and I'm not quite sure what could be the cause of that... :( Make sure you use fresh mascarpone, powdered sugar and the heavy cream must contain at least 35% fat. Maybe you've overmixed it - that causes the heavy cream to go grainy. Hope it works out next time! 😉
