Ventrac Aera-Vator combination for turf renovations

When planning turf renovations for poor, compacted soils, I believe this Aera-Vator on a Ventrac machine is about as good as it gets. Also equipped with a seed box, this machine and attachment will break up compaction and install seed simultaneously for optimum soil to seed contact. We were working with some very poor soil/turf conditions following construction and this machine made short work of loosening up the ground and preparing the area for establishing a much nicer lawn.
