@@ACoupleTravelers yea. My partner and I were both surprised and annoyed. If we had known the rule were lax, we probably would have worn shorts and a nice shirt instead
@@ProducerVincent so perhaps pack the long pants, then when you get there ask around/ go look at those restaurants and see what’s the case for the specific resort!
@@ACoupleTravelers I’ve been very annoyed both in Jamaica and Barbados! Personally I think everyone should dress for dinner! Maybe that’s because of my age ( mid 50’s ), or because I’m British 🤷🏻♂️ and I have to be honest and say the majority of men dressed in T’s and beach shorts ( with sandals ) are American
@@DavidWilliams-zn2nc we like getting a little dressy for dinner (dress and sandals for me, nice shorts and button down or polo for Andy) but it is nice to have flexibility!
