焼き鯖そうめんは滋賀で食べて気にいり、鯖缶で再現しようとしました。
お店にはかないませんが、それっぽいものはできます。
野菜と鳥の鍋を戦国時代に食べたことはあったでしょうが、白菜はそのときはなく、日清戦争の後に日本軍兵士が持ち帰ってきました。
