It is just taking out string from a sub string. Explanation: by s[0:4] it is printing "Pyth" and by [-3:-6:-1] it is printing "Py" in reverse order which is a sub string of "Pyth" well -6 in [-3:-6:-1] is useless you can write -5 also i.e. [-3:-5:-1]. Actually this question confused me also but I get it.
