Yes it's depend on material but in one month how the ring plunger ware out so plz suggest another reason. We facing this issue

​@@rupeshpatil9504 I am working from Bangladesh, so I know the material quality is not good. What material are you injecting? Recycle? Or injecting corrosive materials like PVC maybe your problem.

Valve Gate Study with out cavity PSI // how do you know if VG working ya you can see screen ya you can move VG in manual ya got with Maint checked all electrical ,,,, but you still suspect tardy lag ? I know PSI

and not to ask a lot more questions / but well I've came into press running w/ VG ( time PSI ) tech says keeps flashing out I found VG did not have Air to em ( so ya you can run ) prob w/o Air you can Blow VG s open to give you a false sense of ( I got it ) this is Air
