Thankyou, Ben. I built a GPT on opepnai for fun but now I am interested in doing something more complex. I have so ideas of what I want to automate I am wondering can one create a private autoresponder using Relevance?
hello Ben! Thanks for the cool video. One question: You said in your video that you were providing the link for the bot that creates good prompts. I didnot fint it. did I oversee that? Thanks for your response
Is it possible to build an agent that has access to outlook? Than he should grab pdfs from incoming mails and fill them into an excel. Is this possible?
Hi, definitely! The easiest way is to do this inside make.com. You can trigger your scenario with the Microsoft email 365 module (watch new emails) and then you can send any attachments directly to a google sheet.
@@BenAI92 only google sheet or excel too? And what about text clustering inside excel? Lets say I have a table full of tickets and in one column are the titles. I want to automatically cluster tickets with similar words/topics. I thought I can realize it with Copilot but he cant do it. And thanks for your answer!
This is exactly what I needed and the Gods of technology delivered you straight to my doorstep Thanks a bunch Ben Quick question do you need a paid version of ChatGpt to create this Agents or can you create Agents using the free plan.
Haha thanks man, appreciate it! For relevance you can just go with the fee plan and then buy extra credits on the go (the paid plans are more for teams). For the LLM’s You’ll need to add in your OpenAI key (or the key of any other LLM you want to use). I think some models you can use with relevance credits but I recommend adding in your keys because relevance will charge you a markup on it.
Very helpful. I couldn't find the link to the prompt building tool. Can you share? I'm very much enjoying the content and happy to among the first subscribers.
Thanks Adam, very much appreciated! It should be on my gumroad resources but I just updated it, here it is: app.relevanceai.com/form/d7b62b/04cb2a26-eb0b-4af7-950e-6b3d21bcdf71?version=latest&hideLogo=true
I actually made a new one, which also includes optimizing prompts for multi-agent systems: app.relevanceai.com/form/d7b62b/04cb2a26-eb0b-4af7-950e-6b3d21bcdf71?version=latest&hideLogo=true.

Awesome video, I still don't fully get the pricing though
Thanks! You can basically take the free plan and just add credits as you go, If you are using many credits consistently, need to collaborate with a team or need a lot of data / knowledge you should start considering the team plan (less costs per tool or agent run).
It highly depends on your needs, It seems like Ideta is more of a chatbot builder. if you specifically need an AI chatbot I don't think Relevance is the best platform for you. I would recommend VoiceFlow for Chatbots. For Agent & Multi-Agent systems I think Relevance AI is amazing, it is not expensive to use because you would only need the free version and buy the 1000 credits for 2USD.
Should be on the gumroad resources link, but Ill add it here: app.relevanceai.com/form/d7b62b/04cb2a26-eb0b-4af7-950e-6b3d21bcdf71?version=latest&hideLogo=true

Did anyone catch the name of the liam ottley prompt engineering tool? helping you craft better prompts
I actually made a new one, which also includes optimizing prompts for multi-agent systems: app.relevanceai.com/form/d7b62b/04cb2a26-eb0b-4af7-950e-6b3d21bcdf71?version=latest&hideLogo=true.

Hi Ben! How did you learn this much about Relevance AI?
Hi! Just have been building (and screwing up) a lot on there for the past few months. I think it has huge potential so highly recommend it.
