As a dietitian I’m SO proud and amazed at all you’ve been able to accomplish and learn all on your own, great job! 🙌🏻❤️ You also had some very good advice in here. Keto is definitely unrealistic, it’s unsustainable and I wouldn’t recommend it to most of my patients but I’m glad you’ve gained something out of it and moved on to intermittent fasting which is a 100% more doable than keto.

I’m less than a 1/3 in throw video and I’m like “preach”… I’m in day 3 of a water fast and literally fasting is easier than dieting. Probably just water weight but I dropped 3 pounds after 24 hours , but my jeans went on a helluva lot easier yesterday
The thing with thyroid tho, is it needs carbs ( healthy carbs) and that’s where keto doesn’t work for me😢 I have hypothyroidism ( hashimotos) and carbs feed my energy levels and thyroid, oh and intermittent fasting can wreck havoc on that whole system as well, thyroid hormone blah what ever it is needs food, needs nutrients, needs fats and carbs… etc it’s hard to explain but it’s pretty much backwards to what other people can do when dieting for weightloss, we just wired backwards 🤦🏽♀️😞
I completely understand as I don’t have my right or left thyroid along with only having 2 of my parathyroid left due to cancer Synthroid for the rest of my life..So everything I mentioned can work but you do have to play around with stuff to see what works best for you..My Endocrinologist was very impressed and now uses my methods ( with some adjustments per patient) to help those lose weight 80% of my blood work and sugars levels improved with this diet BUT it is difficult & sucked in the beginning You can DM me on IG since we both have this thyroid problem & maybe I can help alil bit more if you like 🥺😘💖

I’m doing the 16 off 8 on intermittent fasting. I’ve almost 10 lbs in 3 weeks. It’s slow but it’s easy for me so I’ll take it

You should try ratio yogurt! The blueberry and strawberry flavors are my favorite and they have 25g protein. Personally I like them more than Oikos!
