PPSSPP (PSP Emulator) - How to Change PPSSPP Background

Currently Using my Mobile Phone. Using an emulator called epxse to emulate Ps1 games. Now this is my sample gameplay of a game called "Gundam Battle Assault 2" On the Ps1 using the said emulator.
Side note: AND i am using a controller.
