    agreed, this is something i struggle with personally and it can cause feelings of unrealistic expectations and rushing your progress towards success. Remember everyone goes at their own pace don't imagine you need to be on the same level as everyone else or better just take it day by day and withhold and adhere to the discipline of putting in the actual work and effort.

    I've been off TikTok for awhile, I went back for less than a hour a couple weeks ago. I instantly felt my mood go down, I haven't realized how heavily scrolling affected me until then. I just need to work on the UA-cam scrolling, which is way less often then I used to scroll

      Getting good grades
      Getting good physique
      Most importantly, how to always not get bored on something i do for a long peroid of time

      @@asiopro6384 the not getting bored on something you do for a long time isn't something anyone but yourself can work on but for the good physique if you're fat or overweight a calorie deficit and a push pull legs routine 3 times a week chest tricep shoulder = push bicep and back = pull for an hour a day each day will get you a LONG LONG way in a couple months
