Remember everyone goes at their own pace don't imagine you need to be on the same level as everyone else or better just take it day by day and withhold and adhere to the discipline of putting in the actual work and effort.

@@asiopro6384 the not getting bored on something you do for a long time isn't something anyone but yourself can work on but for the good physique if you're fat or overweight a calorie deficit and a push pull legs routine 3 times a week chest tricep shoulder = push bicep and back = pull for an hour a day each day will get you a LONG LONG way in a couple months
