I prefer Mears style/outline & Spat is my bro, but Temp wins this one because he's put so much into it. Tempo pretty much managed an entire production under pressure, with limited paint/colours. B for the win on this one.

I'm going B, SPAT. Tempo put in mad work, but the colour scheme is a lil wack and the outline doesnt pop too well with the dark colours in the fill. Mear's piece is crazy good, as well, but SPAT definitely takes this one. The outline cuts the letters up, all the letter's colours match & look consistent, complementing the cooler tones of the background perfectly, the depth in the cityscape make em pop like mad too.
