fun facts about the speak yourself tour here in brazil:
- the first part that you guys asked if they were even on stage... they weren't, we were practicing 🤭
- we practice the songs in an "easy" korean months prior to the concerts to sing with them
- jimin cried at the first day of the concerts in his part of the truth untold because he was sick and couldn't sing well, he said he got emotional because we sang for him
- in epiphany we did a project with paper hearts to seokjin 💜
- in mikrokosmos we used white, blue, yellow and green plastic in each section of the crowd to cover our cellphone's flashlight. the result was that beautiful ocean in the colors of our flag, they got really emotional.
those were the 2 most beautiful and happiest days of my life!
That is so AMAZING.... I tell you, after this pandemic and BTS tours again, *ARMY EVERYWHERE* better bring that Brazilian energy to the concerts!! 💜

As an American ARMY I am in awe of the Brazilian ARMY. I've been lucky enough to go to 3 BTS concerts and I had... I can't think of a word that can express my experience. There isn't a word Big enough to fit the emotions, positive energy, love, support...All of it. From both BTS and fellow ARMY. It was a moment I will Never ever forget. Besides the birth and the joy of my 21 year old son... it ranks up there with the best experiences of my life.
** Guys... don't worry about not knowing the chants ARMY doesn't care. Just enjoy yourselves. Feel free to ask questions (between songs is best, not during. Lol) Try to practice the choruses if you want.
Also before the concerts a wonderful group of ARMY puts out a post of chants if you want to practice that.
Like I said no big deal.
Most importantly enjoy BTS. Enjoy the HUGE family gathering with ARMY. And suck up all that love and positivity. It'll be amazing!!!

as a brazilian army who was there on the first day of concert, I can say: when people started chanting J-Hope loud af and he removed his earpiece and understood what we were screaming, his face lit up and he smiled so genuinely it warmed all of our hearts so much aaaaa

This stadium (here in São Paulo), Allianz Park was build for most of the noise keep in the stadium. In the days of BTS shows, people that live next there recorded videos from their houses saying they couldn't believe how loud it was - and in Korean

Brazilians are the best audience in any concerts, check it out when the Rollins tone broke the record on the beach in Copacabana and also in Rock in Rio all the artists told the Brazilians fans are the BEST IN THE WORLD

when the concert is in Copacabana, it is free, thats why there are so many people. things here are so expensive, concerts are even more expensive :/

Singing during the whole show is not just something from B-aRMy (But they certainly stand out because Korean is so opposite to the Brazilian language), but from every Brazilian, it's our culture, it's how we show respect for the artist and his music. A silent show is the same as a show that is not being enjoyed by your audience.
You can look for any North American artist who has performed on Brazilian soil and there is not one who has not praised us for our energy.

Honestly, if there's a place where I want to watch BTS for the 1st time in concert live, I'd go to Brazil. I want to scream my lungs out and just party like crazy with other Armies without getting annoyed by phones beside me the whole time. Just feeling the moment live and feeding my eyes. I think Brazil's the best memory to have. Been saving for that dream.
Also, Brazil's been known to be participative fans. Most concerts from other artists, I see them without their phones. They're screaming the lyrics and I think that's one of the best things that artists enjoyed. It keeps them so hyped knowing that their fans are with them in the moment. Not phones out to them.

@@Theoanno7 We made a special effort to seesaw because of the part where he stops singing for the armys to do it. We wanted him to get a strong response. But most people went further and learned almost all (or all) music.
But for The Wings tour, first love was kinda same 🤭 all the solos tbh.
I love how ARMY is known for being passionate and ARMY in every country is known for something, but Brazilian ARMY are famous even to us for their incredible passion

BROH I TRAVEL TO BRAZIL FOR BOTH CONCERTS FROM PANAMA 🇵🇦 and boy I CAN CONFIRM THAT! I have traveled to different countries to watch different artist, not just bts im talking about even rock and edm concerts AND THATS THE DOPEST CROWD ON EARTH. There's no one could take the crown out of them. You are reading the voice of experience. The Synch is Amazing, that sound don't make justice to the real thing. That could be like the 10% the real thing. You can see the high note for the Truth untold in my channel i recorded barmy for that song. Some friends were at a concert of slash at do spacio dos americas (or a thing like that not pretty sure of the name of the place) and they told me that the jhope chant and the mic drop concert fan chant of the bts members names sounds like a zombie apocalypse is coming, and that place is like at a kilometer from there. Oh also the stadium shake the whole concert BOTH DATES, Not a joke actually in one of my videos i start to scream in spanish that the stadium was shaking and I'm afraid that is coming down🤣. Now guys, If you are willing to travel to Brazil for a bts concert. HAHAHAHAHA Get yourself prepared FOR A NIGHTMARE please one (be aware that there's NO ASSIGNED SEATS) YOU WOULD NEED to make the row at least one day before the concert (and you won't have a nice seat) 2. Learn the lyrics including choruses and sound effects. If you don't. They will start looking at you like wtf are you doing here if you are not able to sing the complete song. 3. Tickets are impossible, I try for both dates with 16 persons helping me with 20+ devices and I wasn't able to purchase the tickets because they block international cards. I was able to get the tickets because I call to the restaurant in the stadium so they could unblock international purchases in the webpage so I can be able to purchase the tickets (at the double of the original price) it still worth the money. Also I recommend you to watch the Sao Paulo DVD. Pd: thanks for no blaming us for the feeling s at mikrokosmos ( actually that song is banned in my playlists) is not because I don't like it, it's because I start to cry everytime I remember those concerts. Without a doubt the best concerts in my life and the best crowd in the world. When they announced the world tour it would be cheaper for me travel to us or europe instead of Brazil and I told myself. If you want a dvd bet for the Brazilian crowd. Boy we got the dvd there's no cute merch, not do many army bombs, get a seat and tickets are a nightmare but enjoying that concert with b army worth each cent I spent in that travel and in those concert tickets. Also prob doesn't show up clearly but at mikrokosmos there's a concert proyect were all the stadium did the Brazilian flag with the filters in our phnes flashlights up you could see green down yellow floor white and soundcheck blue.

I personally think that Brazilian fans are the best in general. I remember back in the day, when the Back Street Boys were super popular 20 years ago. I was very very very impressed with the Brazilian fans. They are the best. They really support the artists that they love.

It's funny that the world "Brazilhope" was made by Namjoon during the wings tour in 2017 bc he saw how much we love Hobi. I remember the parents lined up to buy tickets for their kids and they cried after getting the tickets. It’s heartwarming to see how much they love BTS. It gives me goosebumps. They saved up money to buy the tickets.

Since this clip didn't show their entire performance of The Truth Untold in Brazil, I suggest you to check it out. Jimin was sick and got really emotional when the crowd sang along with them. There are a lot of fancams on UA-cam, but there is one in particular with over a million views that shows this exact moment. V, Jin and Jimin even took off their in-ears on day 2 so they could listen to the fans singing ❤
Brazil is like known for their amazing fanchants. It makes me wanna go to a Brazil Kpop concert. They like to have fun.

Shout out to Brazilian Armys, they are so amazing and always cheering loudly from the beginning to the end, in wings tour during RM's solo reflection they made a trend fanchant it was when RM says "I wish I could love myself" they will answer him "we love you" and after them everyone did it and it was so beautiful 🥺💜 about the high note of the truth untold, unfortunately Jimin was sick and he couldn't hit it and he let Armys singing his part and he cried too bc he couldn't perform the way he wants bc of his sickness. A funny fact is that when they recorded the DVD of the tour in Sao Paulo they had to decrease armys shout cause it was to loud that they almost didn't heard BTS singing on the stage lol

Jimin was actually a little sick in the days of the concert, so he couldn't sing properly, in the first day when they sang Truth Untold he stopped singing and started crying so we're were all like "he's not okay", and in the second day he explained that he wasn't feeling well and that appreaciated our support during the concert 💜
That's really amazing how all the Brazilian army was making the concert together with bts I always cry bc I wasn't at the concert 🇧🇷🇧🇷

B-ARMY fanchants are things of legend. I remember seeing the ones during the Wings tour and was absolutely floored by them.
They even got Joon to change his lyrics in *Reflection* from "I wish I could love myself" to "Yes, I do love myself" in the second day concert by chanting "We love you" as part of their fanchant for the song in the first day concert.

I've watched this Brazilian Army compilation a few times and get chills every time.
I remember an interview with BTS where RM said that doing a concert in Brazil was like going to war because the fans were so enthusiastic.
Here in Brazil it is said that J-Hope is your bias even if you say that he is not! 😄 In the new BTS’s film there's a part that they say they prepare for a show here as they prepare for a war. It is important to say that singing the song together with the artist is how we show our love and prove that we are really fans of him. We don't do this for any other reason than to show affection. It is something cultural.
Brazilian army got out from the stadium COMPLETELY DEHYDRATED and with Throat hurting so much because we sang all night long (even before the concert actually starts, because we sing along the MVs too) 60% of us also cry (I almost did)

Brazil Armys are always the best! They came up with the fanchant for namjoon's song reflection where he sings "I wish I could love myself" Brazil armys chanted "we love you" . Namjoon noticed and then changed the lyrics to " Yes I do love myself" for the next shows. It was all so powerful and touching. There are some clips of it if you would like to watch, its during Wings tour.

I was a part of this fanchant on the very first day of the concert and it's one of the favorite memories of my life. I cry if I think about it. It was a very special moment that was lucky to share with Namjoonie and all army who were there
