Yes. Hercules Went George Of The Jungle on Scar and said Bad Kitty when he finished with him. As a second thought, Scar's Throw rug would have made a great halloween costume back at pride rock.
That doesn’t mean Scar is the Nemeian Lion. The cartoon actually shows Hercules briefly fight another lion that certainly is meant to be the Nemeian Lion, not the snippet of Scar that the animators put in for fun.
My theory: After Simba pushs Scar off pride rock, he falls where the hyenas rough him up, giving him some scratches to remember, not killing him whatsoever. Scar ran away from the savanna, trying to find a safe haven, where the goat man (I forgot his name) sees Scar and tells Hercules, he must slay that lion to grow strong. Hercules wanting to earn his strength, he agrees. Scar wanders back to the edge of the Pride LaAnds to get back to the lions who follow him (Zira, Nuka, and all them) Hercules battles and k!lls Scar on the edge of the pride lands. Simba (Around this time Nala was going to give birth to Kopa and Kiara soon) went to check up on the Pride Lands. However, a cub Nuka had discovered his father's body (this is before Hercules took it as a trophy) Nuka running back telling his mother whom went and saw the evidence. Zira screamed in horror, Simba hearing this and rushing to her, Zira attacked Simba saying how he went to finish off Scar, however this was false where on the spot he banished Zira, her cubs, and follows to the Outlands. Where after the lions left, Hercules was told by the Goat man (like I said I forgot his name) to take Scars body as a trophy for him to wear. Eventually Hercules feeling horrible about his actions, he threw off Scars body where the goat man told he actually works much better as a throw rug.

@@americandefender1861 if you think about it, the only rightful king in a pride of lions would be a male not related to the pride. Otherwise, it's liable to be incest because the king would be mating with all his half sisters.
@@Samantha-dl2yw well in real lion prides, that is usaully what happens. Animals dont care about incest. Although, obviously we dont want an acurate Lion King, cuz male lions eat their children, especially all the boy cubs. In real lion prides, the only male allowed to stay is the current king. If male cubs arent eaten, when young, they are driven out by the king. Unless they challenge and win agaisnt him. In which case that young lion becomes the new king, and the old king is either dead or cast out. Lion fathers are not nice and kind like Mufasa lol
But that also means the hyenas didn't kill scar at the end of Lion King 1 and he somehow survived most likely went into hiding in which Hercules found him and they fought we all know how that turned out
Weirder, there was a famous lion in Africa named Scar you can look it up. He killed something like 400 hyenas and 150 other lions. He ruled for 12 years, the standard for a lion king is 2 years before they're overtaken. He never really was. Until he got super old and died like a year or two later. He had a big black spot on his mane and a scar over his eye from a fight with a lion. He was also pretty much the biggest lion anyone had seen out there in a long time. Scar was still in charge and doing his thing out there in 2007.
I remember vividly being a kid pausing this movie just to peep scars head but it still never actually occurred to me that Disney was intentionally doing it in all their movies.
I'm lion king and lion guard's biggest fan so let me share the story: So yes we can see how that lion on Hurcules's head is scar definitely. But when Simba and Scar battle on pride rock Simba is about to tell scar to run away but then scar says "no it was the heyenes they're the real enemy!" and when scar said that the heyenes heard what scar said about them so when he fell of pride rock the heyenes ate him so I guess Hercules must have found the remains of his head
The fact of that I literally noticed scar the first time I watched Hercules I literally yelled “it’s scar!” When I saw him- and it’s taken bro this long to just notice-
When I was little, Hercules and The Lion King were my jam. I loved that Scar was the cameo in Hercules, but never knew that Scar looked just like how the Nemean Lion was described. And Scar was incredibly intelligent and manipulative. He wasn’t impervious to damage but he sure was a tough cookie to crack
Actually he did 13 labors. Because he wasn't supposed to have help at all. And he had help with one of them. Which meant he had to do another trial. For a total of 13 not 12.
Scar embodies the perfect standard of beauty in lions pride social system. The all black mane lion, so it's logical that other lions of great stature had his same physique
Except the lion King clearly shows the hyenas killing Scar. I’m pretty sure making the line pelt look like scar was just a callback to a previous character, like an Easter egg for attentive fans.
Dark and twisted for sure but besides that naughty aswell. Just look at the old box art of the little mermaid as main example. Back in the day they hid so many adult stuff in plain sight just like the multiple veined fallus' on the cover of that old vhs.
My theory is that when the Hyenas ate Scar, they only ate his body and not his head, and Hercules found his head while taking a walk and took it and now wears his pelt

If I'm not mistaken, “Taka” originated from a non-canon book, The Tale of Two Brothers.
Well it will be interesting to see the new Mufasa movie, as I belive it will show that Mufasa was adopted, which would technically mean that Scar was the rightful King, but because Scar was evil, he forfeited the throne.
Yep definitely Scar. The face and of course the scar.
More surprising is that we have a timeline of when Lion King took place.. During Ancient Greece.
Wow that bird wasn’t lieing he does make a good rug 💀💀💀💀💀
But that also means the hyenas didn't kill scar at the end of Lion King 1 and he somehow survived most likely went into hiding in which Hercules found him and they fought we all know how that turned out
Yes, Disney is known for making cameos in their earlier films... Including making Scar from The Lion King into the Namien Lion in the movie Herculese
It’s actually Heracles in Greek and Hercules in Roman. It’s one of the many things they got wrong
Simba really sold his uncles face to a god-
‘The belt’ 💀💀💀
Pelt....with a P
And that also means that the lion King takes place before Hercules
I don't know if I'm proud of Disney or am shocked and feel this was genius level petty
I’ve learned something new after watching the movie for 25 years and still to this day. Thanks for sharing this to us, gotten me interested.
The fact of that I literally noticed scar the first time I watched Hercules I literally yelled “it’s scar!” When I saw him- and it’s taken bro this long to just notice-
My guy is reaching for Saturn right now. It was likely just a Disney easter egg.
This is actually one of the things ive known since day 1, but a lot of these videos have surprised me
Just remember guys: the Roman version is Hercules. Greek is Heracles (not trying to be a buzzkill this is rlly cool)
I was waiting for this video!!!
Scar's pelt was used as a substitute for the picture. They actually did show the actual lion in the movie and it was much bigger.
NOOOOOOOOOO NOT SCARR MY FAVORITE 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
YOU'RE ALWAYS BE IN MY HEART SCAR 😢
This is the first one I have already known and for many, many years, definitely a couple of decades.
Scar also said he had the lion share when It comes to brute strength when he was talking to Mufasa.
Omg I just remember playing Hercules in my PlayStation 1 when I was a kid but can't get further😭
I miss the old days
"HIS NAME IS HERACLES!" The MythologyGuy
ITS THE GIANT RUTHLESS SKAR KING! wait wrong universe
It’s possible that maybe someone found Scars body, and made a skin out of what was left of Scars body. Still, I think it’s just an Easter egg.
The timeline does not make sense😢 Hercules live at mediaeval times, meanwhile lion king Pre-human.
Protect this man at all costs.
My ass looking for easter eggs
This guy looking for connections and shyttt
I got a feeling someone at Disney is watching these and going, "Finally! Someone's putting these pieces together!"
I love your series. Thank you ❤
Zazu saying “he’d make a very handsome throw rug” had me dying on the floor 🤣🤣🤣
Actually he did 13 labors. Because he wasn't supposed to have help at all. And he had help with one of them. Which meant he had to do another trial. For a total of 13 not 12.
Scar He was the true heir to the throne
Scar embodies the perfect standard of beauty in lions pride social system. The all black mane lion, so it's logical that other lions of great stature had his same physique
Zazu was wild for that💀💀
You just made that connection!
Except the lion King clearly shows the hyenas killing Scar. I’m pretty sure making the line pelt look like scar was just a callback to a previous character, like an Easter egg for attentive fans.
Hercules killed someone and got away with it for so long! Now that’s a smart villain
Disney has some dark humor when you really dig in to it..
Dark and twisted for sure but besides that naughty aswell. Just look at the old box art of the little mermaid as main example. Back in the day they hid so many adult stuff in plain sight just like the multiple veined fallus' on the cover of that old vhs.
Is like zazu predicted his ass turning ah rug 🤣🤣but thts just amazing
Considering Hercules is a twisted story from Samson, the lion story isn't too far fetched of an idea
And then Kratos came and slay Hercules in the cutest way ever
Scar wasn’t the only red lion with a scar over his eye. Hercules killed Kovu, Scar’s son from the second movie
My theory is that when the Hyenas ate Scar, they only ate his body and not his head, and Hercules found his head while taking a walk and took it and now wears his pelt
I thought I was the only one who noticed that scar was on the movie 🥲😅
