I dont like eating the seeds, (yeah, weird me)
Can I cut it open, Remove the seeds and store it in the freezer?

WEAR GLOVES WHEN HANDLING AND DESTEMMING PEPPERS. My hands were burning on fire for 12 hours after processing a few pounds of thai chilis with no gloves. Incredibly painful.
