      We don't know what that will do the environment tho. Do you know they told you it take millions of year's to get ride of all our plastic? Will turns out mother nature made a pug that loves to eat the plastic in the ocean.

      @@Bewefau This is a good deal for the environment because the plastic used to make these bricks would otherwise be thrown away and probably end up in the ocean or a landfill.

      @@Bewefau that’s true but it’s also true that those bugs that eat plastic will be eaten by other creatures and keep going up the food chain until it reaches humans and that would probably be bad. So it’s probably better to just take as much plastic out of the natural environment as possible

    Gjenge Makers Ltd, very interesting and great idea to get rid of plastic waste!
    Just one curiosity question: how about heat absorption when bricks are exposed to (heavy/tropical) sunlight all day long? Bricks made of, for example, clay, handle heat better and make them less "hot".

You are a living testament to what we can start to achieve as a nation, state and country if only we adopt the right value system to guide our pursuits. Heko kwako dada

    Hi thanks madam.
    I have challenges while making my pavers from plastics and sand. What is the best ratio between sand and plastics interns of kgs??
    Why is my brick weak and can easily break??
    Then how do u vary different sizes of bricks?

    • @gjenge_makers
      @gjenge_makers  Рік тому

      Hello, we do 70% sand and 30%plastic. The weight changes according to the class of the paver we're making but the ratio is the same.

    • @michelleasunnydays140
      @michelleasunnydays140 3 роки тому +1

      I wondered about fire also. However when sand and plastics are heated and compressed they become....stronger than concrete. Concrete does not melt.
