After watching the sat on Friday night, I was blessed to wake up on Saturday morning to discover that she was playing a show in my city and it went to go see her last night. She was so amazing. She passed right by me before going on stage, she has an amazing energy and wicked set. I love you, Sara Landry

So I stumbled across this by chance. I've been a musician for 20 years, the last half of them mainly taking part in the extreme subgenres of metal (death metal, grindcore, power violence etc.) I've never given this kind of music the time until now, but wow. There's something very special about this! The similarities between what I play and this are definitely there. The what seems like on face value a constant wall of noise, but you listen closer and the complexities and nuances really bring it to life. I'm absolutely hooked. 60 minutes and not a second of rest in it is insanely impressive! This may have really sparked something for me!

Dude same here. I'm a hardcore metalhead. I'm into death metal, deathcore, slamcore etc. I was wondering if I am the only metalhead that finds similarities between metal and techno. Glad to find out that I'm not the only one. Techno rocks 🤘
Well explained from a non techno raver.. I love techno depending on artists / events.. but it has to keep me ‘tuned in’ ..30/40sec chopping and changing max, or I get bored of the repetitive sounds and lose interest! Only heard sara 3months ago doing a b2b set at 5am at WHP! It was hard and I loved it !!! Didn’t want it to end. Took me on a last hour of madness journey, creeping up the bmp for the finale 🎉 totally hooked ❤ hard but not noisy and head mashing sounds.. she has my brain tuned in! X

It never went away, it went underground again as more acceptable (read: chart friendly) edm made the rounds. In Europe anyway, I dunno about the Americas and Oceania.
