Jackie - From a man's perspective, this is your look. Pretty. Regarding gambling, I've been a gambler for many year, but never an addict. I usually play the lowest dollar table games. I've also read 3 books on how to win at gambling. In my many hours of gambling, I've tried every system and every game. There is no way to beat the casino long term except card counting, which is not easy. And if you keep winning, they will ban you in time. In other words, it's rigged so only they win in the long run. I'm sure you already know this. But you're young, pretty and have so much to live for. Find hobbies like playing an instrument, golf or something like that where you can develop a skill that you can be proud of. It's impossible to get good at gambling. Go out there and live life to the fullest....without gambling!
I appreciate your kind words about my look, and I value your advice about focusing on hobbies and skills outside of gambling. It's important to have a well-rounded life, and I'm excited to explore new interests!
Hello Jackie I lost everything from gambling. I found GOD to help me. I know how much you suffer I was there as well . My family is very supportive of me to get through this. Thank you for your videos
I'm so sorry to hear about what you've been through, but I'm glad to hear that you found support from your family and God. Keep pushing forward and never give up!
I know exactly what you are going through. I myself love to play slots. sometimes i win and sometimes and sometimes I don't. I wish you the best for the new year. My advice for you is limit your money and limit you're time. You can do it girl
Here for you always Jackie as you were for me when I first searched gambling addiction stories over a year ago . You helped me more than you could ever know ♡
Hang in there. Talk to a therapist that you feel comfortable with and get a job that will overwhelm you..that will be a start. This helped be a bit..but i still struggle. The key to staying away is to keep busy. Hoepfully along the way you find someone. Let days pass. Exercise and give yourself a hug and wake up next day and get going.
Hey Jackie I hope you are doing well! My last bet was January 12th, 2024 so I’m right there with you. I hope you are finding ways to stop you from gambling but also ways to love yourself.
Addiction is like a sneaky ninja, trying to ruin our lives. But guess what? You're the master of your own destiny, and you have the power to defeat this enemy. Keep fighting, my friend, and remember to surround yourself with positive influences.
Impossible to stop gambling without GA. Many meetings make it easy, few meetings make it hard, no meetings make it impossible. With GA you can have a gambling free life, works for so many
And those of us without the luxury of having meetings in a 120km radius are I guess doomed to fail? Please don’t state impossible on someone else’s behalf
Hi, everyday is a struggle,i just want to gamble even though you don’t want to, I’ve self excluded from venues and feel so lonely ! I did go back the other day and feel so bad and lost off cause,I suppose 1 day at a time , cheers Helen
Xmas lovely Jackie day 4 for me… keep posting everyday so much inspiration today we can unite and overcome this struggle together. Remember to take it one day at a time ❤
I dont think self exclusion will work for me becouse of all the online casinos and crypto casinos you can always find some place to gamble on . Nice video stay strong, happy christmas you look great now!
Try Gamban so everything is blocked. I too am on like hundreds of casinos over the years and maintaining self exclusion on all is near impossible… a good blocker eliminates tackling one by one. Stay strong ❤
Thank you for sharing your experiences, both the good and the bad. I had just gone a year gamble free after many years gambling every day and unfortunately I relapsed in August and have continued to do so up until this very evening. It's hard to see a light when you are in so deep. I was going to message you privately but not sure if thats even possible. Joe
Hey Jackie those negatives comments make me sad but I find you really inspiring. I’m a student at Cal Poly Slo and I’m building a gambling recovery app because I had to watch my close friend fall apart from his gambling addiction. Would you be willing to give me some advice?
I am back to Day 1 as of yesterday so second day without gambling after a $90 relapse . Sad that I lost my almost 7 months gambling free but sometimes we stumble many times on our path to get to where we can finally reach our destination .
Hi Jackie i hope you dont mind me mentioning this but a friend of mine had a similar situation to yourself where he only used is smartphone to gamble so he changed it for a basic mobile phone to stop himself from getting tempted i know everyones situation is different and im only trying to help
Is it true Sweden is trying to be cashless and remove cash? I hear some places don't even accept cash. Is it harder to gamble with less cash around? Anyways merry Christmas!
Yes we are moving towards a cash free society which I think is absolutely awful. Everything is digitalised and in my opinion, it’s the worst thing , not just for gambling but for absolute control by our government. I’m more for online gaming so everything digitalised, it actually makes it easier to gamble. ( not a fan of this country’s politics) but that’s another discussion ❤
its got to be terrifying that you cant buy anything without the government having the ability to know about it and step in and control what you buy.@@thementalhustle
All the best for 2024, hopefully you get over the addiction. I love to gamble but I’m in control nowadays. Stay strong out there
I’m glad you have it under control, just kee away if u can❤

so what's the latest?
Also you need to stop watching gambling sites on UA-cam as it feeds for addiction. Bless you xx
I’m strongly against watching them , I used to, now i just think it’s disgusting

One day at a time but no not at this point. I know the possibility of relapse is there though.
